FAN FORCED COOKINGHot air is circulated throughout the oven by a fan whereby it surrounds and cooks the food. This fan forced heating method provides more uniformed results than conventional ovens. Even heat distribution achieved by the fan forced heating browns and locks in the natural juices of the food.

FAN FORCED CONVECTION TEMPERATURESelection of 10 pre-set oven temperature that can be used as a conventional oven using the fan forced facility. The temperature can be chosen from 40ºC to 230ºC.

The fan forced cooking gives you an option to either preheat the oven first before using or not to preheat them first. Preheating is recommended for better results especially for baking and roasting food.

Meat selection of your choice for your roasting convenience. Auto weight range from 0.5kg up to 1.5kg, roasting a poultry is not a problem.

Select from frozen pizza to sponge cake, proceed to input the food weight (kg), and the oven will automatically calculate the baking time and temperature of the food
