Design of foundations, piling, soil improvement earth work infrastructure and shop drawings for JESCO Seamless Pipe Plant, Jubail, KSA. The first operating seamless pipe mill in the GCC & the Middle East. Production capacity of 400,000 tons of seamless pipes. SR 740 Million, 2007 – 2009.

Design Fence and Guard Room of Seamless Pipe/ Business, KSA.

Design of Dry Plant Factory – Al Ain Al Sokhna, Egypt.

Buildings

Structural, architectural, MEP shop drawing and HVAC review for King Faisal University Permanent Campus, Dammam, KSA, The project consists of male student house 22-B and 22-A, with area of building; 3,078 m2 and 5,100 m2 respectively, 2009 – 2011.

Design concept and schematic design for structural and MEP systems for the project for ADNEC Cultural Souk, Abu Dhabi, UAE. Souk project consists of two parking basement floors, 3 VIP villas, 3 residential buildings, 5-star hotels, trade, offices, arts and crafts, theater, mosque, library, food & beverage, wellness, falconary center and education buildings. The project built up area is about 176,100 m2 (75,000 above ground & 101,100 services floors), AED 800 Million, 2010.

Structural and MEP concept & schematic design for Madinat Jumeirah, Dubai, U.A.E. A complex of a total area of about 6 million m2 divided into 12 zones, containing office buildings, residential buildings, hotels, auditorium, and commercial recreational facilities. Built – up area is more than 7million square meters some of the towers area as high as 80 floors, Dh. 10 Billion, 2007 – 2008.

Structural concept & schematic design as coordinator for IDEAL MARKETS PROJECT,DOHA.QATAR has 44 buildings consist of ground &mezzanine which have many shops each shop with 48 m2 area (the mezzanine floor 80 % of ground floor

Design of Al Faridah Hospital, New Cairo City, Cairo, Egypt. The hospital is a 70 bed hospital and it has dedicated services to healthcare of women and children. It consists of basement floor, lower ground, underground and three typical floors. 2010.

Structural design, soil investigation and geotechnical soil report for Giza Palace Hotel & SPA, Sheikh Zayed, Egypt. Giza Palace project is a hotel where its area is about 30,000 m2. Part of the area (3,300 m2) is used as a mall and the other areas consists of SPA, residential areas, guestrooms, parking, restaurants, pool area, and libraries. Total built up area is 175,000 m2, L.E 750 Million, 2008 – 2009.

Full integrated design and construction supervision for Banha City Center, Banha, Egypt. Complex building consists of 8 residential towers, mall, recreational areas, health club & hospital, area 13000 m2, L.E. 120 Million, 2006.

Design of Chedi club. Is a complex of a total area of about 83410 m2, containing building enclosed gross floor,48Gust suites,140 bedroom pool villa, SPA , hotel swimming poo14x58m 2tennis courts with salas,92horse stables,191outdoor car parking.

The company for Water and Waste water, Elmania, Egypt. Complex building consists of 5 Residential Towers, most of tower consists of basement floor, lower, 9 typical floors.

Design of East Town, Egypt, East Town Esplanade Residential, New Cairo, Egypt, has an area of 220 x 200m approximately. It has its own characteristic profile for its ground as shown in the Figure below. EASTOWN is divided into four main blocks including several residential buildings with different number of floors as will be discussed later. The basement is used as parking area extended under all buildings in the same block. The basement floor extends also beneath the intermediate landscape area. The landscape area itself includes a number of four swimming pools.

Preparation of detailed drawing for Water Transmission from Kholais and Rabigh Dams to Jeddah City & Dam Water Treatment System of 40,000 m3/day, Jeddah, KSA. The main technological items include Clarification, Coagulation-Flocculation-decantation, Pre chlorination, Gravity sand filters, Post chlorination. Main water carriers of diameters 700 and 1200 mm with a total length of 42 km, S.R. 200 Million, 2009 – Ongoing.

Emirates Wastewater Project.

Preparing detailed studies and engineering detailed design for Integrated Wastewater Second Project for Assiut Governorate, Egypt.
