The present Capability Statement has

been issued to introduce Team 5

Montenegro experience. This document is

directed to all our prospective Clients and

Partners who would like to obtain

information about our business, the

services we are capable to offer, our team

nearly 5 years in business with energy

efficiency we managed establish our

cooperation with many Clients.

energy efficiency licenses . Our staff

includes designers, engineers and

sueprvisors. The

multinational

team

Team 5 is experienced in working with

Western companies and institutions, as

well as local clients in our areas of

operation. Our staff is fully equipped to

handle complex tasks across all of South

Eastern Europe, Russia and the countries

of Central Asia. Needless to say, all

Capability aims to outline our experience

in the management of residential, hotel

and leisure projects, it should be note that

our experience is far‐stretching. We have

been involved in numerous projects of

various types: commercial, industrial,

For UNDP Montenegro, Team 5 supervised the civil works (refurbishment) for the energy

efficiency improvements to 4 houses in the Resnik and Rasovo settlements in Municipality of

Bijelo Polje.

The

project

was

completed

on

time

within

the

budget

and

with

positive

result.

For UNDP Montenegro, Team 5 provided site supervision of the reconstruction of the roof of

Russian consulate on Cetinje, January 2013. Project was completed on time within the budget

and with positive result.

For Municipality of Niksic Team 5 did a detailed energy audit commercial buildings in the public

sector ‐ municipalities Niksic 5019 m2 was carried out according to The Law on Energy Efficiency

("Official Gazette" No. 29/10), and Regulations on the methodology of the energy audits ("Off.

Gazette of Montenegro", no. 23 / 2013od 05.27.2013. Whatever.) Review was carried out with

thermo camera and data are collected data logger.

For the Montenegrin Center of Energy Efficiency (CCEE) Team 5 as a team member developed

the Study Solar Energy in the Tourism Sector in Montenegro (SOL THERM) project including

energy audits

for

28

hotels.

The

project

was

promoted

by

a grant

enabled

by

Deutsche

Gesellschaft fur Intenationale Zussamenarbeit (GIZ) on behalf of the Government of the Federal

Republic of Germany. The study was finished in 2012.

For CCEE Team 5 , developed the Detailed Energy Audit for the Hotel Bellevue in Becici

Montenegro with energy savings measurements and recommendations. The detailed audit was

done in 2012. The Hotel implemented the solar panels and energy efficiency measures.

For Client HTP Primorje , Team 5 , as a team member, developed the Detailed Energy Audit for

the Hotel Planinka in Zabljak Montenegro with energy savings measurements and

recommendations. The detailed audit was done in 2012. The Hotel is installing the

recommended measures.

Lustica development – Phase I Team 5 is the professional technical supervision of the Phase I

Project construction

of

villas

including

architectural,

structural,

civil,

electrical,

MEP

landscaping and energy efficiency revision specialists made by LEED green building standards,

where to apply strict measures of energy‐ efficiency, blow door test, thermal Cameras and

measurement anemometers capacity installation. The project is in the final stages of

construction. Objects obtain LEED Gold LEED certification for homes.

Team 5, developed over 50 Energy efficiency elaborates for detailed design in Monteengro in

last two years

Team 5 was founded in 2011 in Montenegro.

Team 5 proves the following services:

Energy auditing and energy audit reports preparation; Energy improvement supervision; Bidding documents preparation and tendering procedures supervision.

Team 5 operates from offices in Podgorica,. Team 5 develops energy efficiency projects andprovides design, tendering, supervision, and project management services in Montenegro andother countries and throughout Eastern Europe.

Team 5 has a number of licenses for mechanical electrical and civil design, and technicalsupervision works and other services and works in Montenegro.

Our Expertise

Team 5 areas of expertise include:

Energy Efficiency. Energy auditing, collecting and analyzing building backgrounddata, architectural, structural, HVAC, electrical, inspection of electrical equipment(including lighting, heaters, air conditioners etc.); Determining the specific consumptionof energy sources and illumination levels in work rooms; Assessing daylightillumination to ensure sufficient level of illumination and selecting optimal parameters

of lights; Recommending building energy efficiency improvements; Reporting onbuilding energy audits; Preparing the scope of work for recommended measures withdetailed technical description of all necessary activities; and Developing and publishingtenders for the construction activities.

Project Construction, Cost Management, and Project Supervision. Project controland reporting, design management, tendering and project procurement, budgeting,cost planning permit coordination, site supervision, cost control and planning, qualitymonitoring; quality assurance and quality control – QS/QC, commissioning finalaccounts and project close-out.

Design Services. Design management and permit coordination including the full-

range of design development services including tendering and contractingmanagement services.

Development of the Manual for Energy Efficiency Management in PublicBuildings including the Manual for Deutsche Gesellschaft fur IntenationaleZussamenarbeit (GIZ).

Development of studies including the Study on Solar Energy in the Tourism Sector inMontenegro for GIZ and Ministry of Economy.

Letter of intentionIntroduction

My name is Tatjana Vujošević, and I have 20 years of experience as M.Sc. Civil engineer and specialistwith significant personal experience in career. I am working in Montenegro.

I am working as Chief of the Unit for monitoring and construction development in Ministry for sustainabledevelopment and tourism in Podgorica – Department for construction. My work now is to monitor,coordinate department, following international laws regulations and practice in construction field and tomake decisions when it prescribed by regulations and decrees, to make proposals for changes andamendments of sector provisions, to supervise activities in the sector of construction and urbanism.Special importance in my work is monitoring of environmental issues and improvement in the area ofenvironmental protection and education of engineer in construction area. I am participating in law andregulations development in construction field.

I worked as leading consultant in department for state planning documentation development in Ministryfor planning and environmental protection in Podgorica – Department for construction. I worked asleading consultant for issuing urban technical conditions from State planning documents, issuing exertsfrom the State planning documents, participate in development of Law and other regulations related to the

construction and urban planning, preparing specialists reports and valuations. Previously I was working as leading consultant in department construction in Ministry of Economy andduring this I worked with various companies and institutions. During this I was issuing the opinions, andinterpretations in the construction field, follow the construction technologies, prepared materials for thelaw, regulations and standards in construction area, preparing decisions for technical committees,building, construction and utility permits, as well as following the companies and engineers professionalknowledge and competence in their specialist fields.

As special consultancy am I engaged as specialist and performing Due diligence for First Bank ofMontenegro.
