The man had received treatment with moxifloxacin [dosage and route not stated] for one week and one week after the therapy was stopped, he developed erythematous pruritic blisters. His physical examination showed erythematous macules, vesicles and bullae with an annular configuration on his neck, trunk and proximal limbs. The histopathological results showed a subepidermal blister with dense neutrophilic and eosinophilic infiltration. Linear deposits of IgA were found at the basement membrane zone. He was diagnosed with LABD. The man was treated with antihistamines and steroids. The eruptions resolved in 3 weeks. Author comment: "[W]e report a case of LABD induced by moxifloxacin".
