    Kualitas adalah :

    Totality of characteristics of an entity that bear

    on its ability to satisfy stated or implied

    needed

    The degree of excellence of a thing

    The Capability of the project to meet the

    requirements of the project customer.

    Grade is the ranking or clasification of a

    thing or service.

    Quality is the the Capability of the project
