Terms & Conditions
1. 3 9 The contest is open to primary and high school students
of Chinese from Grades 3 to 9.
2. Complete the registration Form or Group Registration
Form.
3. ,/ All candidate should use Student ID for registration and
attach a hard copy of Student ID with registration form.
4. 100,000 Registration fee for each category is IDR100,000.
Registration fee is non-refundable and/or
non-transferrable.
5. A Participation Certificate is provided.
6. 1-2 The participating schools accompanying teacher (1-2
teachers) may participate in the judging of writing competition,
however, prior notification to the organizer must be done.
7. 2017 3 3 The deadline for registration is Friday, 03 March
2017.

Competition Guidelines
1. 8 All Candidates must report on time. Reporting time is
8:00am.
2. Candidates must wear school uniform.
3. Bring Student ID for reporting and own dictionary.
4. B C A 2B Candidates of Group B and Group C must use
blue(black) pen. Only candidates of Group A can use 2B pencil and
eraser.
5. Correction fluid, correction tape and highlighters are NOT
permitted.
6. All entries must be in Simplified Chinese characters.
7. The use of a Chinese to Chinese Dictionary or Chinese to
Chinese Electronic Dictionary is permitted, but NOT a Chinese to
English Dictionary or English to Chinese Dictionary.
8. Any violation of rules will disqualify the candidate
