Ensure adequate Start-of-Production, performing pre-production audit at the supplier and Run-at-Rate audits for critical components.

Responsible for review and Approve PPAP/ISIR at supplier place and deliver parts to the manufacturing plants.

Support incoming quality and attend day-to-day Quality issues in production line.

Support the purchasing team in validating new Suppliers and maintaining record as per TS-16949 requirements.

Monitor and evaluate continual improvement activities at supplier’s plants and work with suppliers to achieve zero DPPM.

Ensure APQP time sheet is performed and proceeding in accordance to required new project timing.

Planning and execute Process Audit, Product Audit, Process Validation, Process capability studies, MSA Studies in supplier end.

Insure that suppliers deliver projects according to quality, cost, time, and performance requirements.

Proficient user of Profile Projector, Air Gauge, Pertho Meter, Height Gauge, VMS, Vernier Caliper, Micrometer etc.

Preparing the Quality plan, Control plan, PFMEA, PPAP Submission as per ISO/TS16949 Requirements.

Evaluating and analyzing line problems, and take corrective and preventive action and Handling customer related problem.

Training and certification of inspectors, development of Inspectors on end application of the product, measurement techniques, basic quality system requirements and monitoring their performance

Reduced the internal scrap from 6000 ppm to 1500 ppm. Introduced four poka yoke. Increased the frequency level of gauge calibration. Received Employee of the month award for 3 consecutive time in 2015. Awarded Golden Team of the Quarter twice in 2015. Maintained zero external ppm in the year 2015.
