최근 몇 년간, 이미지화 기술에 많은 진보가 있었다. Cmos silicon activepixel sensors, ccd capture device 와 고속필름기반 시스템이 그것이다.

이것들을 x ray 소스로써 초 경량의 자가 동력 파이프(mains) CP128B와CP160B와 결합시키면 완전히 새로운 개념의 NDT와 Security응용제품이나온다.

훨씬 큰 침투력과 믿을 수 없을 만큼 작은 사이즈는 진보한 100 공명(또는공진, resonant)모드의고전압 변압기를 통해 얻어진다.

이것은 또한 150kv, 220kv cold cathode pulsed X ray 제네레이터를 쉽게 능가하는 항시적인 DC 출력을 전달한다.

Advanced technology

Over recent years, there have been major advances in imagingtechnology: CMOS silicon active pixel sensors, CCD capture devicesand high speed film-based systems (such as F8 + RCF screens).Combine these with the ultra lightweight, mains power-independentCP120B and CP160B as the source of X-rays and the result is atotally new concept for NDT and SECURITY applications.

Greater penetrating power and almost incredibly low and compactsize are achieved by the advanced 100 kHz resonant mode highvoltage transformer. This delivers a constant DC output that easilyoutperforms contemporary 150 kV and 200 kV cold cathode pulsedX-ray generators. Depending on the detector used, CP120B andCP160B will image through steel plates up to 10 mm and 21 mm thickwith a very short exposure time.

The CP120B and CP160B can also be run continuously for severalminutes without cooling interruptions, a major improvement on the

““few seconds””possible with pulsed, cold cathode X-ray units.

Ahandling fixture that makes all the difference.Careful attention has also been given to help make working on sitefaster, more accurate and easier. The strong, shock absorbing andvisually appealing handling fixture anticipates users’needs.

Remote operation.Cable or external driven operation is simply achieved through thefront panel connector. Thanks to the serial port RS232, kV, mA,exposure time and pre-warning time can be changed at distance witha standard text terminal.

The communication accepts text commands based on the echo modeprotocol. For wireless operation, bluetooth capabilities have even beenimplemented.

2. 대비 카탈로그의 형태와 구조

- 60매의 대비카드로 되어 있고, A4 각각 카드의 앞면 중앙에는 (250mmX50mm)방사선 사진이 있으며, 하나 또는 두개의 macrographs(45mmX35mm)는 용접의 단면부분을 보여준다.

- 용접단면 macrographs 의 비율은 일반적으로 1:1 이고 확대 및 축소의비율이 좀 더 크거나 작은 것은 확대도 밑에 표시되어 있다.

- Macrographs의 위치는 방사선 사진의 구멍들이 가르치는 위치이다. 뒷면은 1:1 비율로 용접의 Face와 Root(용접부의 전면 및 후면)을 나타낸다. 앞면에는 용접방법, 철강의 재질, 용접 부속품, 두께, 용접종류, 용접위치 등의 자세한 내용을 설명한다.
