    Pokhara, Kirtipur, Bhaktapur, Chitwan, Bardiya,Biratnagar etc.);

    Coordinated with Ncell, US Embassy, EU, KMPC,schools/colleges etc for clean up program 5 June 2012;

    Issues and challenges Each organization has its own plan and its a challenge

    to effectively coordinate with all of them The government should come forward with

    coordinating and supporting roles

    Just collection and disposal of the waste is not thesolution, the reuse and recycling of the waste shouldbe part of the National waste management program

    Reduction at source, collection, transportation,

    recycling, reuse and recovery of the materials shouldbe practically integrated in the municipal plans
