中国电子制造业突飞猛进的发展，使得中国成为

了全球电子制造中心。然而，近年来，“用工荒”频

频出现，劳工工资不断上涨，再加上宏观经济不景

气，企业利润不断被压缩，特别是劳动密集型企

业面临着前所未有的压力。加强设备自动化改造，

提高生产自动化程度，减小劳动强度，改善作业环

境，已经成为制造业的普遍共识。在新形势下，制

2012年，IPC中国手工焊接竞赛，共有250余家公

司500余名选手参加；2013年2月，中国区年度冠

军——北京铁路信号工厂的付春艳和长春光机所

的王鹤，在美国圣地亚哥举办的“首届IPC手工焊接

世界冠军赛”上分别摘得冠军和季军桂冠！

2013年，我们要乘风破浪，再接再厉，继续为中国电子

组装行业的焊接操作人员搭建这个实现梦想的舞台！

IPC中国、励展博览集团、中国国际贸易促进委员会

电子信息行业分会，将为提高中国电子组装技术水

平，继续在NEPCON展会现场联袂举办这一公益

赛事——IPC华东地区（上海）手工焊接比赛，为国
