Its simplicity and ergonomic design make Nexus EVO an ideal machine for short and long runs over a wide variety of materials, such as plastic film, aluminium or paper.The new laminator with its 3-roll system guarantees a high lamination quality.The complete motorisation of all application rolls and the innovative sleeve system minimise the time required to change to different work procedures.Since its conception, Nexus EVO has been a worldwide success, clearly attaining the three objectives it was designed for: simplicity, reliability and productivity.
La laminadora Nexus EVO ha sido diseñada con los más avanzados sistemas de control y aplicación de adhesivos. Su simplicidad y ergonomía hacen de la Nexus EVO una máquina ideal para trabajos cortos y largos sobre una gran variedad de materiales como film plástico, aluminio o papel. El novedoso laminador con el sistema de 3 rodillos permite una alta calidad en la laminación.La total motorización de todos los rodillos de aplicación y el innovador sistema de camisas minimizan el tiempo en el cambio de trabajo. "Shaft-less" unwinds and rewind:The “shaft-less” systems make reel changeover procedures easier. In addition, the unit has two built-in web guiding devices with ultrasound technology. The motorisation of both systems offers a greater reliability and tension control at all times.
Desbobinadores y rebobinador tipo "shaft-less":Los sistemas "sin ejes" agilizan los cambios de bobina. Además, incorporan guiadores de banda con pinza deultrasones. La motorización de ambos sistemas aporta una mayor fiabilidad y control de las tensiones en todo momento.
Independent motors: The independent motorisation of the four rolls of the application unit facilitates the cleaning operations and reduces the job changeover time. The speed of the different application, dosing and feeding rolls can also be changed, for the perfect adaptation to the different types of solvent-less adhesives.

Tension control:The pneumatic dancer roll with low friction coefficient cylinders installed in the rewind and unwind guarantee the most adequate operating tension at all times for each work procedure.The dancer roll position is read with an analogue inductive sensor with no mechanical joints, eliminating the need for future readjustments. Control de tensión:Los compensadores neumáticos con pistones de bajo coeficiente de fricción instalados en el rebobinador y los desbobinadores permiten mantener, en todo momento, la tensión más adecuada para cada trabajo. La lectura de posición del compensador se realiza mediante un sensor inductivo analógico sin unión mecánica, anulando las necesidades de futuros reajustes.
