    n thng 10/2010, trn c nc c 04 doanh nghip trin khai cung

    cp dch v vin thng th h th 3 (3G), bao gm: Vinaphone, Mobifone,

    Viettel, EVNTelecom, trong EVNTelecom l doanh nghip ang trin khai

    dch v. Trn thc t, cc doanh nghip ln nh Vinaphone, Mobifone, Viettel

    trin khai HSPA trn h thng vin thng ca mnh. Theo bo co ca B

    Thng tin v Truyn thng, cc doanh nghip lp t tng s khong 47.800

    trm gc (Node B) trn a bn 63 tnh/thnh ph trc thuc Trung ng, tng

    s c khong 11 triu thu bao ng k chnh thc s dng dch v 3G. Ngoi

    ra, cn c s xen ln s dng cc dch v 3G ca cc thu bao 2G. C v kha

    cnh cng ngh v kinh doanh u khng c s phn bit r rng gia ngi s

    dng 2G hay 3G. Tuy nhin, mc d s lng khch hng cn rt hn ch, dch

    v c s dng ch yu l truy cp Internet nhng trong giai on va qua

    xut hin nhiu kin t pha ngi s dng phn nh v cht lng mng 3G

    v c 2G k t khi trin cung cp dch v.

    Trong khong thi gian cui nm 2009, khi dch v 3G bt u c

    trin khai, phn ln cc kin phn nh v vic thit b u cui ca ngi

    s dng dch v lc chuyn sang mng 3G, lc chuyn sang mng 2G nhng

    ngay c cc dch v truyn thng nh thoi, nhn tin cng b gim st cht

    lng. Trong khong thi gian gn y, sau khi s dng th nghim dch v

    mng 3G, nhiu ngi s dng dch v phn nh v tc truy nhp

    Internet, cht lng hnh nh dch v truyn hnh di ng. Nhiu nhn nh

    trn cc din n tin hc cho rng, cht lng ca mng 3G Vit Nam rt

    thp, thm ch tc ng truyn dn ca mng 3G cha t tc tiu

    chun thp nht theo khuyn ngh ca ITUT v theo l thuyt cng ngh.

    Lun vn nhm kho st, nghin cu hin trng trin khai xy dng

    mng 3G, vic cung cp dch v ca cc doanh nghip thng tin di ng

    Vit Nam. Nghin cu v kho st cht lng mng, dch v m doanh

    nghip ang cung cp ra th trng, cc ch tiu cht lng dch v m

    doanh nghip ng k, cng b. Trn c s nhn xt, tm ra cc nguyn

    nhn nh hng n cht lng dch v mng 3G. ng thi, d bo v s

    pht trin dch v trong thi gian ti v xut mt s gii php nng cao

    cht lng dch v.

    gian qua, bao gm 03 doanh nghip ch yu gm: Vinaphone, Mobifone,

    Viettel. Thi gian xem xt s liu trong khong thi gian 01 nm k t khi

    doanh nghip trin khai mng, dch v.

    TNG QUAN V H THNG THNG TIN DI NG

    Chng 1 tp trung gii thiu tng quan v qu trnh pht trin t

    thng tin di ng th h th hai ln thng tin di ng th h th ba.

    Khi qut v h thng thng tin di ng th ba, bao gm kin trc

    tng quan, cng ngh v yu cu, tiu ch i vi h thng thng tin di

    ng th h th ba.

    1.1. Khi qut v mng thng tin di ng th h th ba - 3G

    1.1.1. Qu trnh pht trin cc th h thng tin di ng

    Thng k qu trnh hnh thnh, pht trin cc h thng thng tin di

    ng t h thng 1G n h thng 3G. Cc t chc nghin cu, pht trin

    tiu chun xy dng cc h thng thng tin di ng.

    1.1.2. Cc tiu ch chung xy dng IMT 2000

    Mc tm tt kt qu nghin cu v cc tiu ch chung ca H thng Thng tin Di

    ng Ton cu cho nm 2000, bao gm cc tiu ch nh: Bng tn s s

    1.2.1.1. H tng thng tin di ng Vit Nam trc khi trin khai 3G

    Khi qut v h tng thng tin di ng Vit Nam trc khi trin khai

    3G ti Vit Nam, bao gm thng tin nh cung cp dch v, v cc mng di

    ng, cng ngh ang khai thc, cc dch v ang c cung cp.

    Chng ny tp trung d bo v s pht trin dch v, nhu cu s dng

    trong tng lai. Trn c s kin ngh mt s gii php nng cao cht

    lng dch v mng thng tin di ng th h th 3 Vit Nam trong giai

    on t 2011 n 2015.

    3.1. D bo v s pht trin dch v, nhu cu s dng dch v

    Trn c s cc cng b v kt qu nghin cu, iu tra ca mt s

    doanh nghip t vn pht trin th trng vin thng khu vc ni chung v

    Vit Nam ni ring, mc d bo cc dch v v nhu cu s dng dch v ca

    khch hng trong thi gian ti.
