звертається, без сумніву поведе перед

престіл відвічної

любові, з Нею ніхто не загубиться у житті.

Матір, яка з волі, рішення і задумів

Божа є милосердна до грішників, для них є

надією. Християни завжди у Ній бачили прибіжище і

захорону грішників, наче у хвилині більших спокус і

випробувань або коли не були вірними Богу і Його

любові. Вона є дорогою, котра полегшує нам дійти до

Ісуса. Віддаючи себе Пресвятій Діві Марії під опіку,

ми є огорнені превеликою Божою благодаттю

незважаючи на наші немочі і падіння, тому – як

навчає папа Франціск – «у своєму задумі Бог забажав,

аби Марія, свята Непорочна у любові, сталася Матірю

Відкупителя людини. Милосердя буде завжди більше

від кожного гріху і ніхто не може обмежити любові

Бога, який прощає». Про це свідчать слова самого Ісуса,

який каже св. Фаустині: «чим більший грішник, тим

більші права має на Моє Милосердя» (Д. 723). І дальше:

«Я відкрив Своє Серце як живе джерело милосердя,

хай з Нього черпають життя усі душі,

Mary - Mother of Mercy For centuries, Christians all over the world have cried out to the Blessed Virgin Mary, placing themselves under her tender care as "Mother of Mercy." First of all, Mary is Mother of Mercy, because through her Immaculate Conception, God fashioned her to be the created masterpiece of his mercy in the world. After all, what is Divine Mercy? It is God's undeserved, unmerited, often even unsought for divine grace — the grace that our compassionate God pours out upon us to help us overcome our miseries and meet our true needs.

When you think about it, that is exactly what is on display in the Immaculate Conception of the Blessed Virgin Mary. The Immaculate Conception is really the supreme manifestation of God's prevenient, unmerited mercy. After all, Mary did not "merit" her Immaculate Conception. Nor could she ask for it. It was something done in her and for her by the Father of Mercy, and solely on the basis of the foreseen merits of His incarnate Son, Jesus Christ. As Pope John Paul II wrote in His encyclical Dives in Misericordia (Rich in Mercy), section 9: "Mary is the one who experienced mercy in an exceptional way — as no one else." We see this reflected in the Bible in the Gospel according to St. Luke, where the angel Gabriel addressed Mary with the words, "Hail, full of grace." The Greek word used here is kecharitomene, which means, (Cont. on pg. 3)

вірою. Грішники отримають вибачення, а праведники

– утвердження в доброму. Душу того, хто поклав надію

на моє Милосердя, наповню в годину смерті Своїм

Божим миром» (Д. 1520).

Бог виявляє свою милосердну любов у

Непорочному Серці Марії. Святий Альфонс Лігуорі

навчає, що як головне завдання Бог доручив Марії

виявляти милосердя і що усі Її привілеї є

підпорядковані цьому завданню. Марія, любовю

свого Серця, постійно кличе нас до навернення,

покаяння і молитви. Її завданням не є отже зменшення

Божої справедливості, але спонукати наші серця, щоби

ми могли прийняти без численні ласки, котрі

приготував нам Бог. Отже навернення і переміна наших

сердець довершується у відповідь на цю любов як

і через уповання у Боже Милосердя. Марія потверджує,

що милосердя Божого Сина не має кінця і доходить

до усіх, не виключаючи нікого.

Марія це Матір, яка усе розуміє, серцем охоплює

кожного з нас. Це Матір, яка вміє у нас побачити

добро – Вона є з нами кожної хвилини.

Вона, як Матір, вказує нам дорогу життя,

жертвуючи Ісуса. Ми Її просимо як «притулок

спасіння» для кожної людини і для цілого людства.

Її материнська опіка боронить нас від бурігроз, котрі

загрожують вірі і правдивим вартостям на морі

сучасного життя, де багато впало у дух споживацького

неспокою котрий наказує постійно шукати щось

нового. Марія пригадує, що перспективою нашого

життя не є теперішність, але вічність, котру мусимо

знаходити укриту серед сьогоднішнього дня. Свята

Марія стає біля своїх дітей і їх береже перед тим щоб

не зійшли з дороги Євангелії, а також допомагає

повернути усім щиро шукаючим доріг навернення.

Марія для нас є тим порятунком надії і спасіння

як для потопаючих у дусі сучасного світу, де легко

заблукати і знеохотитися у трудах життя як і під

тягарем власних гріхів. Це вона постійно чуває

над Церквою і вказує її радість і сенс у прийнятій

дорозі навернення, котра є головною причиною

християнського життя. Через Марію людина,

незважаючи на свій гріх, може повернути до Христа.

Вона своїм заступництвом помагає перемогти зло і

хоче нас увести на дорогу святості. Ця, яка як ніхто

інший відчула Божу любов, може впровадити кожного

грішника у простір Божого милосердя і прощення,

про що вкінці пригадала у своїх появах в Ла Салет

і Фатімі.

"graced one," or in this context, "transformed by grace." God's transforming grace cannot be just some external blessing. It must be the gift of His grace that fills a soul to overflowing. What a tremendous, prevenient, free gift — this grace overflowing in Mary's soul from the very moment of her conception! And this special grace is the reason why the angel Gabriel could go on to say to Mary: "Fear not, Mary, for you have found favor with God." She found divine favor not because of her merits or deserving, but because of God's special grace within her. The mystery of the Immaculate Conception ... is the expression of the first act of the heavenly Father's mercy in Mary's regard — an act of absolute gratuity. This is why we can see in it the Father's mercy in its pure state. The first act is the Father's prevenient mercy for this very tiny child that is to be born. In fact, we can go further and say that the Immaculate Conception of the Blessed Virgin Mary was the great divine act of grace that lay at the foundation of God's whole work of salvation through Christ. The Father of Mercy took the initiative with sinful mankind, fashioning Mary's soul from the moment of conception, preserving it from the effects of original sin, making her soul the very masterpiece of His mercy, and it was this unique and extraordinary foundation of grace in Mary's soul that enabled her, years later, to respond to the angel Gabriel's message with total, trustful surrender: "Behold the handmaid of the Lord, be it unto me according to Thy word." In short, the first reason we can rightfully call Mary our "Mother of Mercy" is that by God's special, prevenient grace, He created her soul to be the masterpiece of His Mercy in the world, and this special gift of grace within her was the foundation of His whole work of mercy in the world through Christ. Everything about Mary was fashioned by Divine Mercy and for the work of Divine Mercy. No other creature, therefore, so completely manifests God's mercy as does Mary Immaculate.
