FORMOSA TAFFETA CO., LTD. Business Story:
Formosa Fiber Co., Ltd., the predecessor of Formosa Taffeta Co., Ltd. (FTC), is established
on the outskirts of Douliu in Yunlin County. It was registered and jointly founded by Formosa
Chemical & Fiber Corporation, a member of Formosa Plastics Group (FPG), and several
industrialists on April 19th, 1973, which was in the booming phase of Taiwanese textile industry
and export trading. Modern equipment was introduced for businesses of weaving, dyeing, printing,
finishing, etc. of taffeta made of filaments of nylon and polyester. Not until January 1979 is it
renamed Formosa Taffeta Co., Ltd., and the time of its listing on the Taiwanese stock exchange is
in December 1985.
The Company gains a foothold in the textile industry with its specialization in midstream
techniques, such as weaving of filaments, dyeing, printing, and finishing, etc. and proactive
innovation. It is a bridge between the upstream raw silk materials and the downstream finished
product manufacturer, which makes it indispensable to the supply chain of the textile industry.
Furthermore, it is a worldwide manufacturer of filament nylon/polyester taffeta that is of both high
capacity and quality. What is worth mentioning is that its complex function fabrics, applied to
sports and leisure wear, are on a par with trends and the progress of international brands. This
makes it famous as a worldwide "faithful supplier" among our clients in relevant industries.
To diversify its operations, the Company expands its business scope to include the
manufacture of tyre cord fabric, umbrella frame, cotton yarn and cloth, special textiles for safety
and protection, PE plastic bags, carbon fiber cloths, and the operation of petrol stations. Over the
past 40 years, it, in light of it business philosophy of harmony, innovation, service and devotion,
dependably supplies quality products, services and information to support the development of the
downstream clients in various lines of business and to make life better.

Internship Life
Motivation:
There is an old saying which goes that actions speak louder than words, which I deeply
believe in. Although I have acquired so much knowledge, I have no idea if the knowledge can
really be helpful in my life. When I am still confused, I meet a man who is the manager of
Formosa Company. He tells me that I am the one the company needs and strongly recommends
that I give a try to be a translator.
Most of time, seeing is easier than saying, and saying is easier than doing just like knowledge
and actions, but they will never be the same and quite different. Knowledge can only let us know
connotation, but actions make us closer to the reality. When I am taking the translation class, I can
only acquire some written knowledge like sequential or reversing. However, I will never know if
the knowledge is useful or applicable for my future. Now, I have a chance to put it into practice.
As a translator, I must encounter a lot of difficulty because of unlike intonation, accent, and so on.
Not until I take part in the work will I realize how challenging it is. Still, I deeply believe that if I
dare venture outside the comfort zone, the rewards will be worth it.
Since I was a child, I have been quite indulged in interacting with people from different
cultures. When entering college, I have enjoyed being schoolmates with the exchange students.
Since we have different cultural background, it is very interesting all the time when we are
together. When we have difficulty understanding each other, we will use our body languages and
try our best to communicate. The process is quite challenging and funny. Even when they go back
to their country, we still keep in touch with each other.
Thanks to Formosa Company, I have access to know various racial humans. What’s more,
learning how to get along with and negotiate with colleagues is of great importance. “What we
worry is all about relationship.” Therefore, how to get along with people by listening and caring is
the most crucial thing I care about.
My internship experience will revitalize my motivation to continue to strive for excellence as
I journey into my career field. I will grow and change as a person and as a student. I will learn to
think past my frustrations, to never stop trying until I am 100 percent happy with my work.
Last but not least, finding my own core value from work is of great importance. I deeply
believe that knowing what doesn’t fit you has equal importance to what is suitable for you. By
getting in touch with different groups of people, I will be able to rethink what I am not suitable for
and what I really desire to do. By doing so, I will know what kind of job I should do and shouldn’t.
Moreover, I will find my own best way to contribute to the society.

二、本周實習心得:(至少 200 字) We all have to enter a world called “society” without protection of school someday. It is my first
to serve in a large-scale company. First week, I was assigned to sit at a desk with a disorderly
accumulation of objects. I managed to make a space for myself to deal with a heap of papers. In
the office was a section manager who was good at laughing like a wizard. Every time he walked
slowly toward my desk and put files in front of me, he always whispered “have fun” with
sneering. I was at a loss what to do, thinking over and over again but couldn’t understand the
meaning. Blowing softly by my ears like wind, my instinct said he was as warm as sun in the
winter. He made me think of the time when I was in the kindergarten; I frolicked with my
grandfather, which suddenly made the freezing office get warmer. I couldn’t help but to think that
it was my blessing to have a section manager like him, mysterious but humorous. Although I had
not been familiar with most of colleagues, I truly looked forward to my internship in this
company. It would be really fun!

二、本周實習心得:(至少 200 字) The second week began. Everything was gradually getting on track. Lead the similar life and deal
with similar matters every day. In addition to enjoying the happiness that little difference brings,
the only time I could catch a breath is in the printing room. Most of time when I was alone in the
printing room, I always felt bored and tired because of the dreary work. However, sometimes I
would hum minors and made papers on my hands dance at the same time to enjoy the rare happy
time. Most of time, I was alone and lonely while in the printing room, but sometimes I was not.
Someone would accompany me, waiting for printing later. If not familiar, we would just stand still
and quietly. If a little acquainted, we would greet with each other and had a little chat. If knowing
each other quite well, we would dance the papers on our hands together and chat with each other
merrily. In the suffocated skyscraper swimming pool, the only chance to float up the water surface
to take a breath is printing time. Therefore, I was quite blessed to be assigned to do this printing
job, dreary but able to meet a lot of people.

二、本周實習心得:(至少 200 字) In the third week, I was getting used to what I was in charge of, though some I was still not
familiar with. Moreover, I was on nodding terms with my colleagues before, but now we could
greet with each other happily and with glowing smile. What an amazing progress! Little did I step
forward, I was in great joy. So far, I felt that the biggest difference between school and society
was recognition. I guessed that it was school that protected us so well or we were so forgetful after
entering the society that we had hard time getting along with this world. No matter when I
completed a mission, I would be assigned more without taking a break or any words. Everything
was in progress with a silent mode. I was a multi-functional machine, silent and useful. Therefore,
I understood that how indispensable recognitions and compliments were to humans. We were all
the same. In that way, we would at least feel better or a sense of achievement. Recognition was
like a charger, which made powerless humans recharge ourselves again. I wished I would never
forget it no matter how successful or great I would be in the future. What humans feel matters a
lot.

二、本周實習心得:(至少 200 字) Time was an athlete who was excellent in long jump. It was the fourth week and the most
unforgettable one. As everybody might know, Formosa company was a company with long
history. Thus, it was not strange that most employees were advanced in ages, so was it in my
office. It would be a little hard to stay in the workplace like this. Luckily, there were four boys
about the same age with me in my office. I called them “F4” because they were always together
no matter where they went. As usual, during lunchtime, I myself would take a stroll along the road
outside the company and sought for what I felt like eating today. All of a sudden, there was
someone who asked softly in back of me, saying “Hey, what did you feel like today?” I turned
back and realized it is one of F4 members, Hanazawa Rui. I smiled, saying “You told me.” Since
then, they broke into my personal zone slowly and quietly. Step by step, they left inerasable traces
in my internship life in the most wonderful way, which made me look forward to the rest of time
in this company. I believed that everything would be worth it.

二、本周實習心得:(至少 200 字) Doumyouji Tsukasa, a ray of sunlight thrusting out through the clouds into the house without
permission, was so out of control but indispensable. Because of business connection, I had to
communicate with him from time to time. The more interaction we had, the more arguments there
would be. Quarrels were essential sometimes like trains needed to rub with rails to make it move.
He got used to fencing himself with glasses, which made him so fragile. Once he was criticized,
he would keep running in the fence to seek shelter, not knowing what to do. Everyone held a stick.
some people always gave a heavy knock without mercy. Knowing that he would be broken within
an inch, so I chose to put down my stick and picked up the shreds on the floor to repair his fence
step by step. Once he was complete as before, we could interact with each other smoothly.
Sometimes I would like to replace his glass into tempered glass, but what a pity, only he himself
could do it. All I could do was to heal him as he was almost broken into pieces of glass. In sum,
he was a quite kind and helpful colleague, of great importance.

二、本周實習心得:(至少 200 字) Nishikado Soujiro, as essential as air, was a man easy to get along with but often forgotten by
people. Doumyouji Tsukasa and Nishikado Soujiro were partners just like sunlight and air, which
would not be complete without each other. Whenever we had a meal together, he would sit on the
corner, which was the least obvious one. When everyone was chatting happily, he was often in
silence like his soul was floating away. We could hardly feel him, and he would never validate his
own existence. Apart from that, he was the one who was easily made fun of. No matter how bad
he was played a joke on, he always smiled at his treats like air would never leave a trace.
However, it was air that we lived on. Every time when Doumyouji Tsukasa’s heart was broken, I
would be so helpless and all I could do was to take a deep breath. At this moment, Nishikado
Soujiro would give me a hand in voluntarily, which made me give an exhale, feeling relieved. I
realized it was the weight of air, and that was why the air was of great importance. What a
blessing to have such a nice colleague like him.

二、本周實習心得:(至少 200 字) Mimasaka Akira, a warm-tone light, would always light the world up when needed. I was always
surrounded by warm-tone light like red maples. He would never be burning like sun, which gave
me safe and comfortable feelings. There would always be a moment for everyone to have desire to
stay in the darkness alone. As for me, when surrounded by darkness, I would feel so lonely and
helpless that sometimes I even wanted to disappear on earth ever after. Loneliness could almost
eat me up step by step. However, after crying over and over again, upon raising my head, I
realized that the light was still there. The warm-tone light did not mind being neglected all the
time, standing by me quietly without saying a word and waiting for me to turn it on. I had read a
book on which there was a sentence that made me feel touched, “If not believing something in this
complicated world, I would be so exhausted and helpless”. When growing up, I got to realize that
sometimes warm-hearted people would be taken advantage of and there would be some people
that were not trustworthy. Therefore, I really appreciated the existence of this light, which truly
gave me strength to hang in.

autumn, was so elegant, acting high and mighty. He was as beautiful as a picture in Musée du
Louvre, which made me want to stand aside and watch him in silence. I would never understand
why just staring at him could make me feel satisfied. If insisting in finding something to describe
him, Hanazawa Rui was the best adjective for him. Every time I talked to him, he was always
speechless or made an emotionless response, which was beyond my grasp all the time. That was
why he was the number-one mysterious person nicknamed by our section manager. However, by
accident, he would show a slight smile, which made me feel a gust of wind in spring, warm and
soft, sweeping away dust in heart. Nevertheless, the closer we were, the more untouchable he was.
That was why I was so interested in him. In the complicated world, he could still build a paradise
by himself, and was so free from vulgarity and able to maintain his original pure character. He
was like the lotus in the mud, which made me unable to help but to cherish it so much.

二、本周實習心得:(至少 200 字) At the end of the story, the audience would always have an eager expectation, inwardly looking
forward to a happy ending like a fairy tale. In the end of my internship story, how much did I want
to slow it down to make time frozen at the most beautiful moment? It occurred to me a sentence
from a book I read before, “Doomsday has no difference for anyone. It is just a normal day for
bystanders. No one’s doomsday will shake the earth.” At the doomsday of internship life,
watching everyone still stay as busy as a bee, I could not help but to feel like crying. According to
company’s tradition, no matter who would no longer stay in the company, there would always be a
banquet even for a short-term one. In the banquet, everyone talked to each other happily.
Suddenly, the section manager gave an earnest speech, “This company is composed of various
gears. Every gear is unique, and even the one who plays a little role is irreplaceable.” After
hearing what the section manager said, F4 members would all fall into silence. There was a gust
of wind blowing through us, and we could hear it clearly because no one was making even a
sound then. As for me, I realized that this was the end of the beginning for me. It was not the end
of the story. Everything was to be continued.

Self-estimation & Reflection
實習機構 FORMOSA TAFFETA CO., LTD.
1.Evaluation of my performance and expectation
At first, what I was expecting to learn was how to be socialized with all kinds of people,
and what was I want to understand was the difference between school and society. Through
these months, I became acquainted with some people, including colleagues, managers, and my
boss.
What was more, I realized the biggest difference between school and society was humanity.
2.Difficulty in my internship
The so-called difficulty is something that may give us setbacks. Therefore, there would
be no difficulties during my internship time. If insisting in mentioning difficulties, it would be
“human”. As an old saying goes, humans’ troubles are all from relationship. I could not be too
happy in the workplace, or other people would think that I had nothing to do. It was a little bit
hard to strike a balance at first. However, I found that it was too hard to make everyone like you.
Just be myself.
3.Plan for career and future
Time tries all things. After taking internship in this company, I am still not sure what exact
kind of job suits me most, but I realize that the stable work doesn’t fit me well. It is hard for me
to sit at the computer desk all day long and to do the repetitive works, which will not make a
feel a sense of achievement. The next job I take will be more challenging and able to meet a lot
of new friends.
4.Suggestions for DAFL and juniors
Juniors must be troubled with what internship you should choose. All I can say is
whatever it is, give it a shot. You will never really know what suits you the best if you do not
know what doesn’t fit you. During your internship time, keep in mind that a thousand words
will not leave so deep an impression as one deed. Failure is what makes you better. Dare to
accept your failure and move on. No matter what happened, everything is the best arrangement.
5.Reflection
“Two roads diverged in a yellow wood. And sorry I could not travel both. And be one
traveler, long I stood. And looked down one as far as I could. To where it bent in the
undergrowth; Then took the other, as just as fair, And having perhaps the better claim Because it
was grassy and wanted wear; Though as for that the passing there had worn them really about
the same, And both that morning equally lay. In leaves no step had trodden black. Oh, I kept the
first for another day! Yet knowing how way leads on to way, I doubted if I should ever come

back. I shall be telling this with a sigh somewhere ages and ages hence: Two roads diverged in a
wood, and I — I took the one less traveled by, And that has made all the difference.” Does it
look familiar? It is my favorite poem “The Road Not Taken”. At first, actually I had a great
number of choices which job I would love to take and I had plunged deep in contemplation then.
Finally, I made a choice though I was still not sure if it was right or wrong I just did it, and tried
my best to do it well.
I had taken internship in Formosa Taffeta for nine weeks. In the beginning, I was like a
seed just planted under the ground. However, step by step, thanks to watering, sunshine, air, and
most important of all, love, I got to grow into a brilliant and vigorous tree. The following I
would love to elaborate how was growing up step by step.
In the first week, I was assigned to sit at a desk with a disorderly accumulation of objects
so I managed to make a space for myself to deal with a heap of papers. In the office was a
section manager who was good at laughing like a wizard. Every time he walked slowly toward
my desk and put some files in front of me, he always whispered “have fun” with sneering. I was
at a loss what to do, thinking over and over again but couldn’t understand what he meant.
Blowing softly by my ears like wind, my instinct said he was a person as warm as sun in the
winter. He made me think of the time when I was in the kindergarten. I frolicked with my
grandfather happily, which suddenly made the freezing office get warmer. I couldn’t help but to
think that it was my blessing to have a section manager like him, mysterious but humorous.
Although I had not been so familiar with most of colleagues, I truly looked forward to my
internship in this company. It would be really fun!
The second week began. Everything was gradually getting on track. I led the similar life
and dealt with similar matters day after day. In addition to enjoying the happiness that little
difference brought, the only moments I could catch a breath was in the printing room. Dreary
work made me feel bored and tired but most of time when I was alone in the printing room, I
felt relaxed. Sometimes I would hum minors and danced sheets of paper on my hands at the
same time to enjoy the rare happy time. However, I was alone and lonely while in the printing
room, but sometimes I was not. Someone would “accompany” me, more exactly, wait for
printing later. If not familiar, we would just nod and smile at each other then stood still and
quietly. If a little acquainted, we would greet with each other and had a little chat. If knowing
each other quite well, we would dance the papers on our hands together and chat with each other
merrily. In the suffocated skyscraper swimming pool, the only chance to float up the water
surface to take a breath was printing time. Therefore, I was quite blessed to be assigned to do
this printing job, dreary but able to meet a lot of people.
In the third week, I was getting used to what I was in charge of, though some of chores I
was still not familiar with. Moreover, concerning the relationship part, I was on nodding terms
with my colleagues before, but now we could greet with each other happily and with glowing
smile. What an amazing progress! Little did I step forward, I was in great joy. As for my
reflection, so far, I felt that the biggest difference between school and society was recognition. I
guessed it was because school protected us so well or we became so forgetful after entering the
28
society that we had hard time getting along with this world. No matter when I completed a
mission, I would be assigned more without taking a break or any words. Everything was in
process with a silent mode. I was just like a multi-functional machine, silent and useful.
Therefore, I understood that how indispensable recognitions and compliments were to humans
just like plants need water to grow up and better. We were all the same. In that way, we would at
least feel better or a sense of achievement. Recognition was like a charger, which made
powerless humans recharge ourselves again. I wish I will never forget it no matter how
successful or great I would be in the future. What humans feel matters a lot.
Time was an athlete who is excellent in long jump. It was the fourth week and the most
unforgettable one. As everybody might know, Formosa company was a company with long
history. Thus, it was not strange that most employees were advanced in ages, so was it in my
office. It would be a little hard to stay in the workplace like this because of the generation gap.
Luckily, there were four boys of almost the same age with me in my office. I called them “F4”
because they were always together no matter where they went. As usual, during lunchtime, I
myself would take a stroll along the road outside the company and sought for what I felt like
eating today. All of a sudden, there was somebody who asked softly in back of me, saying “Hey,
what did you feel like today?” I turned back and realized it is one of F4 members, Hanazawa
Rui. I smiled, saying “You told me.” We smiled at each other and went into a snack bar together.
Since then, they had broken into my personal zone slowly and quietly. Step by step, they left
inerasable traces in my internship life in the most wonderful way, which made me look forward
to the rest of time in this company. I believed that everything would be fun and worth it.
Since F4 were so irreplaceable during my internship life, I would love to introduce them
in a way like telling a story to express my appreciation.
Doumyouji Tsukasa, a ray of sunlight thrusting out through the clouds into the house
without permission, was so out of control but truly indispensable. Because of business
connection, I had to communicate with him from time to time. The more interaction we had, the
more arguments there would be. Quarrels were essential sometimes like trains needed to rub
with rails to make it move. He got used to fencing himself with the glass wall, which made him
so fragile. Once he was criticized, he would keep running in the walls to seek the shelter, not
knowing what to do. Everyone held a stick and some people always gave a heavy knock without
mercy. Knowing that he would be broken within an inch, so I chose to put down my stick and
picked up the shreds on the floor to repair his glass wall step by step. Once he was repaired and
complete as before, we could interact with each other smoothly as before. However, sometimes
I would like to replace his glass wall into more tempered one, but what a pity, only he himself
could do it. All I could do was to heal him before he was almost broken into pieces of glass. All
in all, he was a quite kind and helpful colleague, of great importance.
Nishikado Soujiro, as essential as air, was a man easy to get along with but often forgotten
by people. Doumyouji Tsukasa and Nishikado Soujiro were partners just like sunlight and air,
which would not be complete without each other. Whenever we had a meal together, he would
sit on the corner, which was always the least obvious one. When everyone was chatting happily,
29
he was often in silence like his soul was not here and even floating away. We could hardly feel
him, and he would never validate his own existence. Apart from that, he was the one who was
easily made fun of. No matter how bad he was played a joke on, he always smiled at his treats
like air would never leave a trace. However, it was air that we lived on. Every time when
Doumyouji Tsukasa’s heart was broken, I would be so helpless and all I could do was to take a
deep breath, sighing. At this moment, Nishikado Soujiro would give me a hand voluntarily,
which made me have time to give an exhale, feeling relieved. I realized it was the weight of air,
light and heavy at the same time, and that was why the air was of great importance. What a
blessing to have such a nice colleague like him.
Mimasaka Akira, a warm-tone light, would always light the world up whenever needed. I
was blessed to be always surrounded by warm-tone light like red maples. He would never be
burning like sun, and made me feel safe and comfortable. There would always be a moment for
everyone to have desire to stay in the darkness alone. As for me, when surrounded by darkness,
I would feel so lonely and helpless that sometimes I even wanted to disappear on earth ever
after. Loneliness could almost eat me up bite by bite. However, after crying over and over again,
upon raising my head, I realized that the light was still there. The warm-tone light did not mind
being neglected all the time, standing by me quietly without saying a word and waiting for me
to turn it on. I had read a book on which there was a sentence that made me feel touched, “If not
believing something in this complicated world, I would be so exhausted and helpless”. After
growing up, I got to realize that sometimes warm-hearted people would be taken advantage of
and there would be some people that were not trustworthy. Therefore, I really appreciated the
existence of this warm-tone light, which truly gave me strength to hang in.
Hanazawa Rui, a man standing on the left bank in Paris and sipping a cup of coffee in
cool autumn, was so elegant, acting high and mighty. He was as beautiful as a picture in Musée
du Louvre, which made me want to just stand aside and watch him in silence. I would never
understand why just staring at him could make me feel satisfied. If insisting in finding out
something to describe him, his nickname, Hanazawa Rui was the best adjective for him. Every
time I talked to him, he was always speechless or made an emotionless response, which was
beyond my grasp all the time. That was why he was the number-one mysterious person
nicknamed by our section manager. However, by accident, he would show a slight smile, which
made me feel a gust of wind in spring, warm and soft, sweeping dust away in my heart.
Nevertheless, the closer we were, the more untouchable he was. That was why I was so curious
about him. In the complicated world, he could still build a paradise by and only for himself, and
was so free from vulgarity and able to maintain his original pure character. He was like the lotus
in the mud, which made me unable to help but to cherish him so much.
“The best does not come alone. It comes with the company of the all.” This explains
perfectly what I felt when they appeared in my internship life. To tell the truth, I did not expect
and look forward to anything good happened when I made up my mind to spend my internship
life in this company. However, I met these young and lovely colleagues who made my life so
wonderful. They are so different and unique but all with purity and love. No matter when I was
30
with them, I always felt relaxed and able to be myself, which doesn’t happen all the time
because I am a person who is good at hiding what I truly feel. That’s why I think it really a
blessing to have such awesome colleagues like them.
After the nine weeks as an intern in Formosa Taffeta, I had learnt a lot. First of all, a soul
preoccupied with great ideas best performs small duties. At first, I did so many trivial chores,
which were undoubtedly boring and easy like sorting papers, glue stickers to seals, and of
course printing. In the beginning, I did not deem it as awfully boring chores; however, after so
many weeks, I continuously did the same missions. That made me realize what is “bore to
death”. Disappointing might it was, I got to be a more and more patient person. Do one thing at
a time, and do well. Patience is indeed a virtue and small duties matters a lot. Secondly, do not
have heavy prejudice against people in the very beginning. In the traditional workplace, weird
as it is, the graduation college matters a lot at first instead of the ability. Thus, I “witnessed” that
someone graduated from a private college was more intelligent than the person from national
one. When facing difficulties, instead of being in panic and scared, the one graduated from
private school was able to come up with a proper solution all the time. I think that’s because he
could stay calm no matter what happened. Nevertheless, the one graduated from the national
college was excellent in theory, but had a little difficulty to put it into practice. That’s the most
obvious difference. This case reminds me that never have prejudice toward people at first and all
things in their being are good for something.
All the setbacks and difficulties I had experienced during the internship life help me to
think about something about society, human, and life. These new-born thoughts make me feel
excited and relieved. “Every child comes with the message that God is not yet discouraged of
man. The grass seeks her crowd in the earth. The tree seeks his solitude of the sky. Man
barricades against himself.” All the living and non-living things are born to seek “something” in
the earth. Everything on earth stays humble to complete the missions, but there is one kind of
creature always forgets to keep low profile. It is “human being”, who never knows that one
comes nearest to the great when he is great in humility. Our existence is a perpetual surprise
which is life.
Now, I am looking up to the sky, and thinking of a poem out of Tagore, “My thoughts
shimmer with these shimmering leaves and my heart sings with the touch of this sunlight; my
life is glad be floating with all things into the blue of space, into the dark of time. God’s great
power is in the gentle breeze, not in the storm. This is a dream in which things are all loose and
they oppress. I shall find them gathered in thee when I awake and shall be free. By plucking her
petals you do not gather the beauty of the flower. Silence will carry your voice like the nest that
holds the sleeping birds. Thought feels itself with its own words and grows. I have dipped the
vessel of my heart into this silent hour; it has filled with love.” I feel a sense of peace right at the
moment with soft breeze blowing through my cheeks. I whisper to myself, “sit still, my heart,
do not raise your dust. Let the world find its way to you.” I hear a simple silence of the purity. I
will meet one day the joy without me that dwells behind the screen of light- and will stand in the
overflowing solitude where all things are seen as by their creator.
31
Concerning my future or so-called blue print, my sword is forged, my armor is put on, my
horse is eager to run, and my only wish is to win my kingdom with love. I can’t help but to think
that maybe there is one house in this city where the gate opens forever this morning at the touch
of the sunrise, where the errand of the light is fulfilled. The flowers have opened in hedges and
gardens, and may be there is one heart that has found in them this morning the gift that has been
on its voyage from endless time.
“Your presence is a gift to the world. You're unique and one of a kind. Your life can be
what you want it to be. Take it one day at a time. Focus on your blessings, not your troubles.
And you'll make it through what comes along. Have belief in your ability. Persist, have courage,
be strong. Nothing wastes more energy than worrying. The longer a problem is carried, the
heavier it gets. Don't take things too seriously. Live a life of serenity, not a life of regrets. Don't
put limits on yourself. Your dreams are waiting to be realized. Don't waste time making excuses.
Reach for your peak, your goal!” This is the poem “Never forget”, which is one of my favorites.
The sentence I love the most is “Don’t put limits on yourself.” That’s why I decided to go to this
company as an intern. “Tradition as it is, there will always be something or someone surprising
waiting for me there.” these words came to my mind so I made up my mind. Indeed, there were
so many sharp-tongued but warm-hearted people. No matter what happened, I always lived a
life of serenity because being nervous or emotional would never solve any problems. Therefore,
I would never regret that I spent my internship life in Formosa Taffeta.
