【第一課：簡介】
1. 課程目的
本課程從聖經、管理學和教會增長學角度，加上
香港教會的個案剖析，透視教會現今的行致管理
與領導模式，分析當中的優點和缺點，讓學員可
以掌握教會持續健康成長的管理和領導方法。本
課程集中於管理及規劃，與「法律常識與教會實
務」課程不同，「法律常識與教會實務」則集中於
教會事務。
【第二課：功課】
1. 堂上習作(16%)
1.1 某些課堂會有一些小習作，不需事先預備，亦不
需要事後整理，只需上課時，參與討論，並記錄
個人的反省或小組所討論的，即堂呈交，或在最
後一堂呈交。
1.2 共十個習作，所有習作需參與，只需呈交五個，
每個 3%，約 200字，十個習作如下：
(1) 教會生命週期(S曲線)的規劃
(2) 異象(使命宣言和核心價值)的建構
(3) 教會歷史的重述
(4) 教會分層領導圖
(5) 架構個案討論：主教制

(6) 架構個案討論：長老制
(7) 架構個案討論：會友制
(8) 小組架構的設計
(9) 社區及伙伴關係圖
(10) 目標訂定表和工作評估表的制訂
2. 讀書報告(24%)
從「教科書目」中，選取一本(碩士：一本英文或兩
本中文)閱讀，完成後，撰寫讀書報告(約 700 字一
本；碩士班：英文約 1,000字)。
3. 課堂分享 / Presentation (20%)
3.1 分享約___20_____ 分鐘。
3.2 選定下列一間福音派教會，然後在當天個別(或小
組)分享：
3.2.1 簡單介紹該教會；
3.2.2 介紹遂教會管理上的發展；
3.2.3 介紹該教會的管理組織；
3.2.4 分析該教會管理上的優點及缺點；
3.2.5 為該教會的管理提供未來改進的獻議。

3.6 同學除自行搜集資料及訪問外，老師會為同學，
提供一份所分享教會的文章，文章不得翻印和掃
瞄，在分享後，文章必須連功課(或專文)完整交
回。
4. 專文 (40%)
根據「課堂分享」，然後整合以下內容：
4.1 簡介你自己教會的管理；
4.2 分析自己教會管理上的優點及缺點；
4.3 比較它與分享教會的管理有何異同；
4.4 為自己教會訂立出未來五年的管理計劃。
4.5 專文字數：學士班約 3,500字；碩士班約 4,500
字。
4.6 必須連完整的 word檔案呈交。
5. 呈交日期：在 2月 15日或之前。
