My signature collection is the result of a three-year search for the most versatile, useful and beautiful wine glasses. When wine is enjoyed from a glass appropriate in shape, size and proportion for its style and quality, the wine sings in a di�erent pitch – it becomes more re�ned, expressive and complex.

�ree glasses are named with the perfect temperature of the wines in mind, a consideration as important as the wine glass itself. �e name 8c stands for 8 degrees Celsius, the best temperature to enjoy vintage Champagne, aromatic whites and cold sake. 15c, 15 degrees Celsius, is for light to medium-bodied reds made from varieties such as Pinot Noir, Grenache or Dolcetto and are ideal for �ne Burgundy. �e 18c is for full-bodied reds like those from Bordeaux, Rhone, Napa, Tuscany, or South Australia. Versatility is the theme with the U1, Universal 1, and U2, Universal 2. U1 is my ideal tasting glass while U2 is my go-to glass for a wide variety of styles. If I had to choose just one glass without knowing what wines will be served, it will be the U2.

Wine is about pleasure and my hope with these mouth-blown crystal glasses from Italy is that it helps you maximise your pleasure with wine. Enjoy!

三款葡萄酒杯以理想的酒溫命名,因為酒溫與

酒杯同樣重要。8c代表8攝氏度–是享用年份香

檳、芳香乾白及冰冷清酒的最佳溫度。15 c,則

代表15攝氏度,是享受酒體輕盈至中等、以諸

如黑皮諾、歌海娜、多姿桃等葡萄品種釀造的

干紅或精品勃艮第的理想溫度。而對於酒體渾

I love the glass for Daiginjo sake too,

where the subtle, �oral aromas

allows modest portions to be poured

and gathers the aroma

to enhance its �avour pro�le.

I often use U2

for serving sweet or forti�ed wines

at the end of a meal.

It is wonderful for vintage Port,

Sherry, Sauternes, late-harvest

or recioto-style sweet wines.

I use U1 more frequently than any

other glass in my collection.

�is is my go-to glass

when I am pouring a wine blind

and I don’t want people to be biased

by the shape of the glass.

It is my glass of choice

for full-bodied white wines

as well as for mature red wines.

Its name is inspired by its versatility

and ability to enhance the appreciation

of nearly every type of wine.

If I had to choose just one glass

to enjoy wine,

it would be my U2.

Jeannie is the �rst Asian Master of Wine (MW) and

an award-winning author, television host, wine critic,

judge and educator. Jeannie’s pioneering book, Asian

Palate, exploring Asian food and wine pairings in ten

Asian culinary capitals, won numerous awards and

her second book, Mastering Wine for the Asian Palate,

received international praise.

Jeannie is a Professor of Wine at the Hong Kong

Polytechnic University and consults for Singapore

Airlines and the Goldin Group. Jeannie received the

Vinitaly Award in 2009 and was ranked 25th in

Decanter’s 2013 Power List of the most in�uential

people in wine. She regularly contributes to numerous

publications around the world.

Her passion for food led her to spend a year obtaining

the Certi�cat de Cuisine from Cordon Bleu. Jeannie is

also a Certi�ed Sake Sommelier (by Japan’s Sake

Service Institute) and a Certi�ed Wine Educator

from UK's Wine & Spirits Education Trust and the

US Society of Wine Educators. She holds a Master’s

degree from Harvard University and a Bachelor of

Arts degree from Smith College.

李志延為香港理工大學教授,新加坡航空及高

銀集團葡萄酒顧問,於20 0 9年獲頒發世界著名

的「V i n i t a l y國際大獎」,並於品醇客2013全球

葡萄酒業最具影響力50人中排名第25。她亦定

期為世界著名葡萄酒雜誌撰文。

對烹調的熱情,讓她在一年之內獲得了法國藍

帶餐飲學院 ( C o r d o n B l e u ) 的 C e r t i f i c a t d e

C u i s i n e專業資格。此外,李志延擁有日本清酒

匠研究所(S S I )的日本清酒品酒師專業認證丶英

國葡萄酒與烈酒教育信託基金會( W S E T )及美

國葡萄酒導師協會(S o c i e t y o f W i n e E d u c a t o r s )

頒發的國際認可葡萄酒導師資格。同時擁有哈

佛大學的碩士學位,史密斯學院的學士學位。
