Rehydration of IMT’s OneStep TBC 85 μl of molecular grade water into TBC tube 3. Combination of Sample and TBC per tube 5 μl of sample 5 μl of negative control 20 μl of IMT OneStep TBC 5. Start New Run in SmartCycler Software Stage 1: 95C, 150 sec, off Stage 2: 3step setup 95C/5 sec, 58C/15 sec “on”, 74C/10 sec for 33 cycles. Stage 3: Melt Curve default. 1.  Sample Collection and Preparation‐Standard methods 

2.  Rehydration of IMT’s OneStep TBC‐85 µl of molecular grade water into TBC tube 

3.  Combination of Sample and TBC per tube‐5 µl of sample ‐5 µl of negative control ‐20 µl of IMT OneStep TBC
