System”.• Select “Edit Program Listing”.• Enter data or change data in the
fields provided.• Click the “Preview” button. • Click “Check for errors”.
• Note that errors are color-coded.
• Correct the errors.• Click “Check for errors”.
• Note that a happy green check appears if there are no errors.

• EDIT PROGRAM CONTACTS• Login using your email address• Select “Program Information System”.• Select “Edit Program Contacts”.• Grab and move the floating “Program Forms” box. • Associate names on the left with roles on the right.
• Changes to PD or IL roles need STARTALK approval.• Add/remove/change roles as needed (PD/IL changes must be approved). • Link to video

• EDIT SITE VISIT SCHEDULE• Login using the email address• Select “Program Information System”.• Select “Edit Site Visit Schedule”.• Enter specific times for agenda items.• Add or remove agenda items. • Check for Errors and save information.• Link to video

• EDIT SITE VISIT LOGISTICS• Login using your email address• Select “Program Information System”• Select “Edit Site Visit Logistics”• Select “Travel and Hotel”• Enter information in the spaces available.• Note that a primary and secondary hotel is required.• Check for errors and save.

Site Visit Summary -1
• SUBMIT SITE VISIT REPORT RESPONSE • Login using your email address• Select “Program Information System” • Click on the “Submit Site Visit Report Response”.• Click on the “Site Visit Report” link to view the
report.• Fill in the response area or click the “No
response…” check box.• Click the “Submit” button.• The comment will appear appended to the end of

Supplemental reports are only required if there are post-summer follow-on activities.
