日本には、手ごろな料金で自ら収穫した旬のフルーツを好きなだけ食べることができる「フルーツ狩り」というアクティビティがあることをご存じですか？ここ大阪近郊にも、数時間から半日で楽しめるフルーツ狩りスポットがたくさんあります。観光の合間やホテルから空港に向かう途中に、新鮮で美味しい日本のフルーツを心ゆくまで味わってみませんか？
大阪はぶどうの栽培が盛んで多くの品種が栽培されており、種なしぶどうとして有名な「デラウェア」は日本でも有数の収穫量を誇ります。大阪南部の温暖な気候と独特の土質に育てられたぶどうは他産地よりも甘いと言われています。
Did you know in Japan, there's an activity where for a reasonable price you can harvest your own seasonal fruits and eat as much as you want? That activity is called “fruit picking” . Here in the suburbs of Osaka, there are many spots where you can enjoy fruit picking a few hours, or up to half a day. When you have a spare moment from sightseeing, or perhaps on your way to the airport, how about enjoying Japan's fresh and delicious fruits to your heart's content?

在觀光行程中的空檔或是從飯店前往機場途中，不妨來盡情享用一番新鮮又美味的日本水果吧！Osaka is home to a thriving viticulture, with many different varieties produced. Among those cultivated is the famous seedless variety known as the Delaware grape, of which Osaka has one of the highest yields in Japan. Grapes grown in the warm climate and unique soil quality of Osaka's southern regions are said to be sweeter than grapes grown elsewhere.

Many brands of strawberries are cultivated here in Osaka. Strawberry picking is a popular activity even among Japanese people. Recently, there's been a increase of farms where one can sample and compare the tastes of different varieties of strawberries, and enjoy sweets and toppings along with the strawberries.

The given name for these oranges varies depending on what period of time that they were harvested in, from autumn to winter.Each has different tastes that can be savored.

ここでは一般的な食べ放題のフルーツ狩りの流れをご紹介します。それぞれの農園でルールや料金システムが違いますので、詳しくは現地でご確認ください。Here we will introduce the itinerary for a typical all-you-can-eat fruit picking session.Each farm has a different system, with their own rules and fees. For further details, please confirm with the farmers on-site.
在此介紹常見的吃到飽採水果活動流程。各農園的規定及收費機制各不相同，具體詳情請至現場確認。
必ず事前に問い合わせをしましょう！Always inquire beforehand! / 記得事先洽詢！天候や生育状況によってはフルーツ狩りができない場合があります。まずは農園に確認しましょう。Depending on the weather and growth conditions of the fruits, fruit picking may not be available. Confirm first with the farm.可能會因天候或生長狀況而不開放採水果。請務必先向農園確認。
開始時間の10分前には到着し、受付を済ませましょう！Arrive at least 10 minutes before the starting time, and check in at the reception desk! / 在開始時間前10分鐘抵達，先完成付款！
受付で人数分の料金をお支払いください。トイレの場所などもチェックしておきましょう。Please pay for the number of people in your group at the reception desk. Use the additional time to also check the location of the restroom. / 請在櫃台按人數支付費用。也請先確認好廁所的位置等等。
農園の人に制限時間やルールについて確認しましょう！Make sure you confirm the rules and time limits with the farmers! / 向農園人員確認限制時間及規定！
農園の人から注意事項や食べごろフルーツの見分け方、採り方などの説明を聞きます。The farmers will give you general instructions, and tell you other things like how to recognize ripe fruits and the way to pick them. / 聽取農園人員說明注意事項、成熟水果的分辨方法及摘採方法等。

さあ、フルーツ狩りを楽しみましょう。はさみや脚立など、必要な道具は借りることができます。It's time to enjoy fruit picking. You can borrow necessary tools such as scissors or stepladders.盡情享受採水果的樂趣吧。可向園方借用剪刀及折疊梯等必要工具。
終了後はおみやげのチェックを忘れずに！Don’ t forget to check out the souvenirs when you're done! / 結束後別忘了挑選伴手禮！

採水果的行前須知 楽しむために
事前予約Advance reservations / 事先預約
絶対ではありませんが、事前に農園に確認しておきましょう。人気の高いいちご狩りの場合、予約が必要なところがほとんどです。While not absolutely required, please confirm with the farm you plan on going to beforehand. With popular outings such as strawberry picking, most places require a reservation in order to attend.雖非絕對，但建議事先向農園確認。高人氣的採草莓活動幾乎都需要事先預約。
服装Clothes / 服裝
当日は汚れてもいい、動きやすい服装にしましょう。また、厚底の靴やヒールの高い靴はやめましょう。Make sure you dress in clothes that you don’ t mind getting dirty, and which are easy to move around in. In addition, avoid wearing thick-soled footwear and footwear with high heels.當天建議穿著耐髒且容易活動的服裝。並請避免穿厚底鞋或高跟鞋。
支払い方法Payment methods / 付款方式
フルーツ狩りを行っている農園は現金対応のところが多いので、あらかじめ日本円を用意しておきましょう。Most of the farms hosting fruit picking sessions only accept cash, so prepare some Japanese yen beforehand.
舉行採水果活動的農園多半僅收取現金，請事先準備好日圓。
食べ放題All-you-can-eat / 吃到飽
食べられる分だけ採りましょう。食べ残しは量り売りでの持ち帰りになります。また、食べ放題だからといって食べかけを捨てたり、実を故意に傷つけたりするのは禁止です。Try to pick only as much as you can eat. Regarding leftovers, we will ask you to purchase whatever is left over by weight, and bring it back with you. In addition, all-you-can-eat doesn't mean you can do anything you want with the food. Throwing away half-eaten fruits or intentionally damaging fruits is strictly forbidden.
建議吃得下多少就採多少。吃剩的部分會採用以量計價的方式讓遊客帶走。另外，雖為吃到飽模式，但禁止吃了一口即丟棄、故意傷害果實等行為。
時間制限Time limit / 時間限制
フルーツ狩りには「30分」や「1時間」の時間制限が設けられている場所があります。時間を守って美味しく食べましょう。Some places have a set time limit of either 30 minutes or 1 hour for fruit picking sessions. Abide by the time limit and enjoy the fruit delights available.某些採水果活動的農園設有「30分鐘」或「1小時」的時間限制。請遵守時間，好好享用水果吧。
トイレ Restroom / 廁所
フルーツは水分が多いのでたくさん食べるとトイレに行きたくなることも。農園によっては数が少ない、またはない場合もあるので事前に済ませておきましょう。
Fruits contain plenty of moisture, so if you eat a lot of them, then you’ ll probably feel an urge to go to the bathroom. Some farms have very few toilets or none at all, so please use the restroom beforehand.
由於水果中水分較多，大量食用後容易有內急的狀況。有些農園廁所數量較少，也有些農園沒有廁所，因此建議事先上過廁所再來參加。
ゴミや食べかすTrash and food scraps / 垃圾及果皮
食べたフルーツの皮やヘタ、種などのゴミは、決められた場所に捨ててください。Please throw away trash such as skins, stems and seeds in the designated places.吃完水果後殘留的果皮、蒂頭及果籽等垃圾請丟棄至指定地點。

春は香り高く甘いいちご、秋はたわわに実ったジューシーなみかんが食べ放題。大阪湾や関西空港が一望できる高台にあり、フィールドアスレチックやBBQも楽しめます。All-you-can-eat fragrant strawberries in spring, and plump mandarin oranges in autumn. There’ s also an elevated ground where you can geta panoramic view of Osaka Bay and Kansai International Airport, also suitable for exercise and barbecuing.

There’ s also a bargain package where you can sign up for a plan that encompasses both fruit picking and barbecue in your entry fee.

河内産ぶどうを100％使用した「河内ワイン」の製造工程を併設のワイナリーで見学できるほか（要予約）、約20種類のワインを試飲・購入することができます。２階展示ホールでは、ワインラベルやビン・写真・資料などが展示されており、これまでの「河内ワイン」の歩みを学ぶことができます。Here, you can join a field trip and go to the attached distillery to see the production process for Kawachi wine, using 100% Kawachi-grown grapes (reservation required).
