4 BED ROOM VILLA

Project Brief :

This is design and construction for our client

who interested in making improvement and

development for his old house.

The client wanted to change and add more

rooms, one garage and Garden Room.

This example project was Done while I am working for

N&S Limited, where I took the role of joining a team of

architects and engineers to design for several projects

from new residential housing to developments. I was

working as a team member with the architect and

engineers to design, drafting and then I produce all

technical 2D, 3D drawing using combination of Revit and

AutoCAD software to present all design as known (Floor

Plans, Elevations, Section drawings, 3Dviews, Rendering

and/ include Structural and material detail drawings).

My job was Involving on-site visit of various the projects

assigned to me. I liked this team work where we can

share our responsibilities and deliver best quality job

and the opportunity to learn more other technique and

skills. I learned working and communicating with site

managers and constructions workers directly to review

the calculations on constructions made by member of

our team Architect engineers. I also took the task

monitoring material requests, equipment’s requests

needed and raising it to the management at appropriate

times. Apart from this I also managed a team of sub-

contractors and contractors under me and ensured that

all activities are carried out as per design.

University Educational Project

My project was inspired from Olympic area development where there was an industrial old buildings surrounded the Olympia Stadium which

needed to consider demolishing and rebuilding a new Green and modern residential building with all community service and facility.

The Project consist from tree parts of buildings.

All CAD drawing used in my final project was done by Archi CAD software.
