Program Description
Thisprogramoffersaninvitationtothoroughlyexplorethe time-honoredpractices that promoteharmony inyour Inner-Trinity (body, Qi, and spirit) and in yourOuter-Trinity(family,community,andenvironment).
Instruction isoffered inan immersivesetting. Duringfourintensivetrainings,wedelveeverdeeperintothetheories and practices of these ancient lineageteachings. It is throughour own cultivation practicesthat we learn to turn knowledge into the wisdom ofourowndailyexperience.
In theDaoist tradition, an essential component of allinternal cultivation practices is community. Being inthe company of like heart-minds offers tremendoussupportonourlifejourney.Aftertheinitial4trainingsof the JingDao program, we will continue to offervariousadvancedtopicretreatsinordertosupportourgrowingcommunityofcultivationpractitioners.AswewalktogetherontheDaoistpath,wegrowasafamily,with students building lasting friendships as Qibrothersandsisters.

Together we explore the age-old wisdom of thetraditionalChinesearts–movement,healing,calligraphy,Qin music, FengShui and Chinese cosmology andastrology – and integrate it into our daily lives. Bydevelopinganunderstandingoftherelationshipsamongtheclassics,self-cultivationpracticesandawayoflife,wecreateaglobalnetworkofharmoniouscommunities.
