Business Card

Process:I took and made a circle and put a brushtype feel to it as well as made a checkmark to put in it. Underneath the brandI put the same stile I used for the circleas a line to separate where the letter willbe.

Process:For this design it took 3 separate photos.I took them and inserted them into themain wedding photo. Then I proceededto bend them all together. Then I had toplay with different fonts for the words I

Brochure

Process:I set up a gatefold design on InDesign.Using guiding markers on InDesign Isplit the brochure into three differentsections both in front and on the back.Then I took different pictures and placedthem in the brochure to gure out thelayout. I proceeded to size them all andthen entered the different subjects of

information I was going to include in thedesign. I Put the needed informational

text under their different subject.



Logo

Objectives:Create three separate Logos that show acompany’s image

Process:This was a fun project to work on. I wasable to take my sketches and transferthree of them onto the computer. It wasfun to take the three and see howdifferent people felt about each one. Theone I thought was the best other peopledidn’t like. They gave me their view on

everything and told me that with thedifferent fonts and style they felt it wasthe sportiest. So I took and played with

the different tools to make different versions of the logo.



Event Ad

Description:This is an ad for a doggy daycare that theRexburg Police are putting on for the petadoption center.

Process:For this ad I was able to do it onMicrosoft Word. Using various toolsthat word had to offer I was able to takecolors from the picture and incorporatethem in my design. I also took the pic-ture from a magazine and scanned it on

to the program. There I was able to cropit and get just what I wanted to show.



Flier

Description:This is a Black and White ier promotinga graduate leadership conference.

Process:I started out buy sketching a few dif-ferent designs to help me design whatI wanted to do. I looked at the sketchfrequently to help create the layout ofmy ier. Adobe InDesign is a very new

thing for me so it took me a little whileto learn how to use it. Threw out mydesign I played with colors using boxes

for repeating and fading different boxesto help create a constant ow through-out the design trying to get the eye tolead to the next information on the ier.

Process:This was my rst time creating a web page. This was verydifcult for me to learn new and different programs. I usedTextWrangler to write and organize what I wanted as far thetext to look. It helped me to organize different word colorsand insert my log. After I did all that I used another programto validate and make sure all to codes were correct.

After all that was done I went into a CSS document and made

the web site all pretty. I contacted the CSS document to theHTML so they could work together. This was a little simplerbecause I was starting to get use to how different thingsworked. I was able to take the colors of my logo and insetthem into the website. At rst I put a picture background but

then changed it because people felt it took away from the in-formation.
