CURRICULUM DEVELOPMENT

(WP3): Project will investigate the use of psy-

chodrama in adult education in participating

countries, as well as, existing training pro-

grams in experiential educational techniques

and their contents. Then will design an im-

proved program based on research of WP2,

resulting in a short – term an intensive training

curriculum tailored to experiential educational

techniques for VET adult educators.

DEVELOPMENT OF TEACHING MATERIALS

(WP4): This WP will create a set of training materials organized around in topics. The materials will be

structured primarily for use in the pilot train the trainer seminars and according to educational needs,

culture and trends of each participating country. In addition, the WP4 will assist the trainers and other

professionals in adult education; Guidelines will be developed for the users.

RESEARCH ON USE OF PSYCHODRAMA IN

VET ADULT EDUCATION

(WP2): This task will specify what experiential

training techniques are used in the implementa-

tion of VET training programmes, in consorti-

um countries. Will also clarify which qualifica-

tions, skills, abilities and competencies are re-

quired by VET adult educators in order to ap-

ply in their educational seminars psychodra-

matic techniques. RECRUITMENT AND IMPLEMENTING PILOT

COURSE

(WP5): The pilot course represents the heart of this

project. This WP will test the formerly developed cur-

riculum and training materials and will provide feed-

back to previous WPs. This is aimed to achieve with

delivering a pilot course for adult educators on psy-

chodramatic learning techniques in each of the project

participating countries in the national languages.

MONITORING, EVALUATION AND

DISSEMINATION

(WP6): This WP’s aim is to monitor and ensure

the successful delivery of the project objectives

and ensure the widest possible dissemination of

the objectives, the work and the outputs. We

need to raise awareness among the end-users

and help the communication flow between the

partners, public and the professional bodies. The

activities are divided into a national valorization

activity which is based on the partners’ activi-

ties and the central actions which are to publi-

cize the project on an international level to all

those interested in it.

COORDINATION & PROJECT MANAGEMENT

(WP1): This WP will provide efficient management and coordi-

nation, tracking key elements such as budget, quality and time-

line. A chief tool in this process will be project management

using the on−line communication tool set, Moodle.

EXPLOITATION OF PROJECT RESULTS

(WP7): This task focuses to create the condi-

tions for the successful exploitation of project

results both during the project lifetime and af-

ter the project has concluded. The starting point

for the exploitation plan is the open source

model.
