Customer Services TNT. Lount November 2014 – Temporary position working on failed collections customer services, liaising with customers and delivery depots to ensure collections are made. Also working online to help with credit control, obtaining PODs and arranging ETAs for deliveries.

Personnel Trainer (self-employed)July 2014 - November 2014.Working on a 121 basis with clients to develop personalised health and fitness plans. Responsible for providing advice on nutrition as well as encouraging clients, giving them feedback and keeping track of their development.
