PAWA  NEWS  NOTE FROM THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE Dear Members and Friends The tickets are on sale at the moment for Independenc e Day celebrations and there has been a surge in request since Saturday the 26 th July. The hall has limited capacity so please get the tickets as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. The program has been almost finalised with a live band performing and a delicious meal and lots and lots of prizes. A flyer is attached with the newsletter with contact details. May we please request you to make at least two copies of the newsletter and flyer and display them at a prominent place in your workplace or the institution where you study. Another event that is happening is the conference and postgraduate symposium on Militancy and Pakistan which will attract delegates from all over world including Pakistan. The brochures with further details are included in the mail. The Women Sub Committee of Ethnic Communit ies Council will be meeting on 31 st July to discuss the recommendatio ns from Multicultural Mental Health Consultation.
