(Suatu hari, semasa Ali sedang membaca buku, dia terbaca satu perkataan.Perkataan itu ialah mikroorganisma. Dia tidak faham dan terus bertanya kepada ibunya.)

    Ali : Mother, what is a microorganism?(Ibu, apa itu mikro organisma?)

    Mother : Microorganism is tiny living things that can only be seenthrough a microscope. There are four types of microorganisms.(Mikro organisma adalah benda hidup yang sangat halus dan hanya bolehdilihat melalui mikroskop. Terdapat empat jenis mikro organisma.)

    Ali : What are those?(Apa itu?)

    Mother : Bacteria, Protozoa, Fungi and Virus.(Bakteria, Protozoa, Fungus dan Virus.)

    Ali : What picture is that, mother?(Gambar apa tu, ibu?)

    Mother : It is Bacteria. It exists in different shapes, sizes and colours.

    (Itu ialah Bakteria. Ia wujud dalam berlainan bentu, saiz dan warna.)
