STRATEGIES & STRATEGIC PROJECTSThere are ve strategies for comprehensive revitalization: (1) preservation and conservation of the cultural heritage; (2) housing recuperation; (3) strengthening local development; (4) sustainable spatial integration and mobility; (5) green infrastructure and improving environmental conditions.

Strategic projects are priority interventions in territories delimited from heritage sets or landscape units. They make possible to apply general strategies of the plan to parts or areas of intermediate scale, and are made up of concrete actions of dierent level and scale of treatment. At the time, it is possible to identify the following:
