서 론서 론

플랜트 PLM 또는 시설수명주기관리시스템(Plant플랜트 PLM 또는 시설수명주기관리시스템(Plant Lifecycle Management)의 특징이란 플랜트 산업의특징을 이해하여야 한다.

지난 20년간 대부분의 산업분야(항공,기계,제조,자동차 전자)에서 제품수명주기관리 또는 PLM를 적용하차, 전자)에서 제품수명주기관리 또는 PLM를 적용하여 많은 성과가 있으며 2010년부터 조선산업도 본격적으로 PLM을 도입하고 있다.적으로 PLM을 도입하고 있다.

국내 플랜트건설기업의 경우 IT 시스템활용도는 높은반면에 업무의 체계화 및 표준화 관련 절차 규정 등이반면에 업무의 체계화 및 준화 관련 절차 규정 등이미흡할 뿐 아니라 업무시스템 대부분이 통합 연계되지 않고 단위 독립적으로 운영되고 있다.

플랜트 수명주기관리 요소는 크게 4가지로 나눌 수있다. 첫 번째는 수명주기관리 요소로 기존의PLM(Product Lifecycle Management)분야에서 지식을 공유할 수 있다을 공유할 수 있다.

결 론

현재 대부분은 한국기업이 플랜트 프로젝트를 외국에서 수주하고 있는 현실에서 플랜트 수명주기관리를 수서 수주하고 있는 현실에서 플랜트 수명주기관리를 수행할 전문인력이 부족과 PLM 솔루션 도입 비용 그리고 경영층의 인식부족 등이 가장 큰 문제점이다.

또한 다양한 이해당사자들의 요구사항을 통합할 수 있는 전산환경이 부재하고 기술이 복잡하여 구현하기 어는 전산환경이 부재하고 기술이 복잡하여 구현하기 어려운 것도 플랜트 업계의 고민이다.

그러나 플랜트 산업계의 중장기 생존을 위해서 PLM의 도입을 더 이상 지체할 수 없는 시대적 흐름이므로산학연과 국가적 차원에서 적극적으로 대응하여야 할시점이다.
