About Us
Pmax was founded on 5 Aug 2008 with an objective of enhancing the skill set of the Corporate Professionals to improve their Potential and Employability
Thus our motto ‘ Maximising People’s Potential’
There is a wide gap between the desired ‘Quality of Skill Sets’ and its ‘Actual availability’. That's were Pmax steps in to develop the Human Resource inventory of the organization to
‘Maximise the Productivity and Profitability’ Pmax is backed by a team of experienced professionals, which formulates the customized
training modules to meet the specific Training and Development needs of the organisation.
We provide classroom Training Workshops as well as the Outbound Training.
Our sessions are interactive and packed with activity and energy.
We believe no two organizations are same thus all our sessions are designed to the needs of the client.
We understand Leadership, Team Building , Corporate Communication and Attitude and Self belief better than
others .We also train in Supervisory Skills , Induction Training , Safety Training and
Soft skills.
The Energiser
Lt Col Kapil is a Motivational Speaker, Happiness Facilitator , Behavioural Coach and Innovation Consultant.
He has a vast experience of over two decades and has trained with international Training Teams. Started his corporate career with erstwhile Glaxo Pharma. Has been engaged as Country Head- Human Resource in the past.
A ‘Soldier’ by profession, an expert ‘Rock Climber’ by choice and
a ‘Passionate Motivator’ by nature.
He has travelled across the country. He has delivered motivational lectures in NITs and Management and Engineering Colleges in Maharashtra, Punjab and Himachal Pradesh.
Since last twelve years he has been training the Senior and Middle level Mangers. He devotes his time in Coaching and Mentoring the younger generation of managers by working on their communication, motivation and personality skills.
Led teams in the world’s Highest Battle Field- Siachin Glacier and Kargil proves his leadership traits.
He has a natural ability to connect with the audience and make learning simpler.

The Team Pankaj: Has rich experience of 38 years in Tata Motors.
Expertise- Capacity planning, Tool cost budgeting, make & buy decisions, development of vendors at national and international level, Cost settlement, Tooling and monitoring, timely procurement / manufacture and supply of tooling's as per the project and coordination.
Murthy : Lead auditor – ISO 9001 – 2008 and EMS 14001. M.Sc. (Statistics) from Pune University in 1982 with 1st Class. Engg. from Walchand College of Engg. 24 yrs of experience in Quality Management System; Experienced in establishing the System and Process.
Ila Nigam : Head - Research and Programme Development , MSc, Research Assistant at National Chemical Laboratory , Published Research Papers on Ferrites. Specializes in Community Development and Welfare Programme , Expertise - Soft Skill Trainer and Environmentalist .
Madhu S : Head - Business Development - Voice and Accent Trainer, Trained at GE - London.
