Povijest Krapine starija je od 800 godina i kroz to je vrijeme Krapina bila značajno mjesto za

Hrvatsku. Razvoj obrtništva datira od 15. stoljeća i od tada do danas obrtništvo je bilo nukleus razvoja malog i srednjeg poduzetništva. Razvile su se mnoge industrijske gospodarske grane kao što su drvna, građevinska, tekstilna, metaloprerađivačka i tiskarska. Krajem 19. i početkom 20. stoljeća započinje snažniji razvoj indus-trije na području Krapine, zapravo cijele današnje Krapinsko-zagorske županije sa razvojem drvne i građevinske industrije. Sredinom 20. stoljeća započinje razvoj tekstilne, tiskarske i metaloprerađivačke industrije koja je ostvarivala i značajni izvoz. Krajem prošlog stoljeća dolazi do velikog pada gospodarstva i uspijevaju se održati tekstilna i metaloprerađivačka industrija koje danas zapošljavaju najveći broj radnika te najviše svoje proizvodnje izvoze - tekstilna oko 92%, metaloprerađivačka oko 58% i to najviše na zapadnoeuropsko tržište. U strukturi gospodarstva KZŽ najveći udio ima prerađivačka industrija sa 43,6%, turizam i trgovina 26,9%, građevinarstvo 8,9% te prijevoz i skladištenje 5,1%. Gospodarstvo Krapinsko-zagorske županije izvozno je orijentirano te je pokrivenost uvoza izvozom u 2011. god. iznosila 124,5%, a u ukupnom izvozu Republike Hrvatske sudjeluje sa 3,2%. Posljednjih nekoliko godina razvilo se nekoliko poduzetničkih zona koje su komunalno opremljene. Prednost tih zona je blizina zapadnoeuropskog tržišta te blizina Zagreba. Stoga Vas, poštovani poduzetnici, pozivam da svoja ulaganja usmjerite u gospodarsku zonu grada Krapine i drugih jedinica lokalne samou-prave. In this catalogue I would like to introduce you to the City of Krapina; its history and its present, as well as investment and living opportunities in our little town in the Krapina-Zagorje County. The history of Krapina is more than 800 years old, during which time it was a place of great significance for Croatia. The development of craftsman-ship dates back to the 15th century and it has been the center of development for small and medium businesses. Many industries have developed, such as wood industry, construction industry, textile industry, metal processing industry and printing industry. The late 19th century and early 20th century marked the beginning of significant industry growth in both the city of Krapina and the entire Krapina-Zagorje County with the development of wood and construction industry. The middle of the 20th century marks the significant growth of tex-tile, printing and metal processing industries. Export business flourished as well. At the end of the 20th century there was a dramatic fall in the economy, and only textile and metal processing industries kept operating. Today they employ the greatest number of workers and have the largest product export – textile industry around 92%, and metal processing industry around 58%, mostly in the West European market. Manufacturing industry has the greatest share in the economy structure of Krapina-Zagorje County with 43,6%, tourism and commerce hold 26,9%, construction 8,9%, and transport and storage 5,1%.The economy of Krapina-Zagorje County is export oriented and import-export ratio in 2011 stood at 124,5%, having a 3,2% share in the total export of the Republic of Croatia. Over the past few years, several business parks have developed with available utilities. The advantage of these zones is their proximity to the West European market as well as Zagreb. Therefore I invite you, dear entrepreneurs, to direct your invest-ments in the economic zone of Krapina and other units of local government. Sehr geehrte Unternehmer, Wirtschaftler und Einleger! In diesem Katalog möchte ich Sie mit der Stadt Krapina bekannt machen, mit ihrer Geschichte, Gegenwart sowie den Möglichkeiten, in unserer kleinen Stadt in der gleichnamigen Gespanschaft zu investieren und zu leben. Die Stadt Krapina gibt es seit mehr als 800 Jahren. Im Laufe ihrer Geschichte war sie ein bedeutsames Zentrum Kroatiens. Die Entwicklung des Handwerks hat bereits im 15. Jahrhundert begonnen, und bis zum heutigen Tag bleibt das Handwerk der Kern der Entwicklung des kleinen und mittleren Unternehmertums. Viele industrielle und wirtschaftliche Zweige, wie z.B. Holz-, Bau-, Textil-, Metallverarbeitungs- und Druckindustrie haben sich entwickelt. Ende des 19. und Anfang des 20. Jahrhunderts kommt es zu einer intensiven Entwicklung der Industrie auf dem Gebiet von Krapina, besser gesagt der gesamten Krapina-Zagorje-Gespanschaft. Es handelte sich in der ersten Linie um Holz- und Bauindustrie. Mitte des 20. Jahrhunderts setzt die Entwicklung der Textil-, Druck- und Metallverarbeitungsindustrie ein. Die Produkte wurden zum großen Teil exportiert. Ende des 20. Jahrhunderts kommt es zu einem Fall der Wirtschaft, wobei es nur der Textil- und Metallverarbeitungsindustrie gelingt, sich aufrecht zu erhalten. Heutzutage sind die meisten Arbeitnehmer in diesen Branchen eingestellt. Die Produkte werden zum größte Teil exportiert – Textilprodukte bis auf 92%, Metallverarbeitungsprodukte bis auf 58%, und zwar auf den westeur-opäischen Markt. Der größte Teil der Wirtschaft der Krapina-Zagorje-Gespanschaft bezieht sich auf Verarbeitungsindustrie (43,6%), Tourismus und Handel (26,9%), Bau (8,9%) sowie Transport mit Lagerung (5,1%). Die Wirtschaft der Krapina-Zagorje-Gespanschaft ist exportorien-tiert. Der Import wurde im Jahr 2011 mit 124,5% durch Export gedeckt. Der Anteil im Gesamtexport der Republik Kroatiens beträgt 3,2%. In den letzten Jahren sind mehrere Unternehmungszonen ent-standen , die über alle notwendigen kommunalen Anschlüsse verfügen. Der Vorteil dieser Zonen ist die Nähe des westeuropäischen Marktes sowie der Stadt Zagreb. Hiermit sind Sie, sehr geehrte Unternehmer, eingeladen, in der Wirtschaftszone der Stadt Krapina und der benachbarten Orte zu investieren. Es erwartet Sie ein positives Unternehmensklima sowie die möglichst kurzen Zeiten, in denen die notwendigen Dokumente erstellt werden. Pitomi zagorski grad koji se prvi put spominje u pisanim do-kumentima iz 1193. g., udaljen svega 50 kilometara od Zagreba. Krasi ga bogata povijesna baština koja seže čak 130.000 godina unatrag kada su na prostoru krapinskog brda Hušnjakova praljudi ostavili svoj neizbrisivi trag koji je ugledao svjetlo dana zahvaljujući Dragutinu Gorjanoviću Krambergeru, istaknutom geologu, paleontologu i paleonantropologu. On je zaslužan što se ime Krapine pronijelo širom svijeta. Osim Muzeja krapinskih neandertalaca, koji je od otvorenja 2010.godine posjetilo 300.000 turista iz cijelog svijeta, Krapinčani su veoma ponosni i na krapinsku utvrdu koju su posjedovali kralj Ludovik I, grof Herman II. Celjski, ban Vitovac, kralj Matijaš Korvin i hrvatski ban Ivaniš Korvin... Ovdje je rođen i Ljudevit Gaj, otac hrvatskog narodnog pre-poroda, a krapinskim su ulicama koračali poznati hrvatski pisci - August Šenoa, Marija Jurić Zagorka, Janko Leskovar, Ivo Andrić... Iako je zagrljaj prošlosti jak i sveprisutan, Krapina danas nudi ponešto za svakoga. Tu su kulturne manifestacije kroz cijelu godinu – između ostalog Fašnik, Glumački festival, Dani Dubravka Ivančana, Dani festivalske dvorane, Ljeto u Krapini, Dan Grada uz tradicionalne manifestacije, Zagorski glazbeni festival “Krijesnica” i nezaobilazni Tjedan kajkavske kulture s Festivalom kajkavskih popevki koji se održava već punih 47 godina. Bogata gastronomska ponuda iz krapinskih ugostiteljskih objekata mami svojim mirisima i privlači nepca turista namjernika. Ako pak duša čezne za mirom u zagrljaju prirode, brojni planinarski putovi i staze, od kojih je najpoznatiji Put Dedeka Kajbumščaka, pokazat će svu raskoš i ljepotu krapinskog krajolika. Za ljubitelje likovne umjetnosti tu je Park skulptura na otvorenom “Forma prima” koji se nalazi na brdu Josipo-vac i Gradska galerija, a ako poželite nakratko utonuti u prošlost dovoljno je prošetati kroz užu gradsku jezgru, od Šetališta narodnog preporoda, Parka matice hrvatske, gdje se nalazi i rodna kuća Ljudevita Gaja, do Trga Ljudevita Gaja, pa od Magistratske ulice preko Uske i Starogradske ulice do znamenite krapinske utvrde „Starog grada“. Poseban doživljaj mira donijet će posjet trima krapinskim crkvama, Župnoj crkvi sv. Nikole biskupa, Crkvi sv. Katarine i Franjevačkom samostanu i Crkvi Majke Božje Jeruzalemske. Kako god bilo, sve počinje i završava sa nezaobilaznim i znamenitim Muzejom krapinskih neandertalaca na Hušnjakovom koje u svakom budi strahopoštovanje i tjera na razmišljanje: „Zašto su se baš ovdje praljudi nastanili?“ Odgovor je jasan: već je tada bilo jasno da je ovo ugodno mjesto za život! A tako je ostalo i do današnjih dana. Krapina je ponosna na svoju bogatu prošlost, ali je i izrazito usmjerena prema budućnosti. A quaint Croatian Zagorje town , which was first mentioned in written documents in 1193, is only 50 kilometres away from Zagreb. It is distingushed by its rich historical heritage dating as far back as 130,000 years into the past when prehistoric people living on a Krapina hill called Hušnjakovo left an indelible imprint , studied and researched by Dragutin Gorjanović Kramberger, a well known geologist , paleontologist and paleoanthropologist. It is thanks to him that Krapina has become known worldwide. Besides the Museum of Krapina Neanderthals, which has been visited by 300,000 tourists from all over the world since it opened in 2010, Krapina citizens are very proud of the old fort of Krapina owned by King Ludovic I, Count Herman II of Celje, Governor Vitovac, King Matijaš Korvin and Croatian governor Ivaniš Korvin...Our town is the birthplace of Ljudevit Gaj , the father of Croatian National Revival movement, while Krapina streets were trodden on by prominent Croatian writers - August Šenoa, Marija Jurić Zagorka, Janko Leskovar, Ivo Andrić... Though its links with the past are strong and all-pervasive, Krapina today can offer something to everybody, from cultural events throughout the year- among others, the Carnival, the Actors’ Festival , Dubravko Ivančan Days, Festival Hall Days, Summer in Krapina, the Town Day along with traditional manifestations, such as Zagorje music festival „Krijesnica“ („Firefly“) and , above all, the Week of Kaikavian Culture with the Festival of Kaikavian Songs held for 47 years in a row. Rich smells that Krapina restaurants offer are tempting to palates of chance travellers. And if your soul yearns for some peace in the embrace of pure nature, numerous hiking trails , the most famous being Put Dedeka Kajbumščaka ( Grandfather Kajbumščak ‘s trail) will unveil all the beauty and richness of the Krapina countryside. For the lovers of art, there is an open- air sculpture park called „Forma Prima“ located on the Josipovac hill, and the Town Gallery; should you wish to emerge into the past for a brief moment, it is enough to walk through the town centre from the National Revival Park with Ljudevit Gaj birth house to Ljudevit Gaj Square, then along Magistratska Street via Uska and Starogradska Street to the town fort called „the old town“. A special moment of spiritual peace will be achieved by visiting three Krapina churches , the Parish church of St. Nicolas, St. Catherine Church and Franciscan Monastery and The Church of Madonna of Jerusalem. However, it all begins and ends with our unavoidable Museum of Krapina Neanderthals at Hušnjakovo which inspires awe in everobody and makes you wonder why the early man decided to settle right here. The answer is obvious: it was clear back then that this was a nice place to live! And it has stayed as such till nowadays. Krapina is proud of its rich history, but is at the same time distinctly directed towards the future. Eine idyllische Stadt, die urkundlich erstmals im Jahre 1193 erwähnt wurde, ist nur 50km von Zagreb entfernt. Krapina zeichnet eine reiche Erbschaft aus, die sich über 130.000 Jahre in die Geschichte erstreckt, als auf dem Berg Hušnjakovo Urmenschen ihre unauslöschlichen Spuren hinterlassen haben, die dank dem hervorragenden Geologen, Paläontologen und Paläan-thropologen ans Tageslicht gebracht wurden. Ihm ist zu verdanken, dass der Name Krapina weltbekannt geworden ist. Sehr stolz ist Krapina auf das Neandertalermuseum, das seit der Eröffnung im Jahre 2010 300.000 Touristen aus der ganzen Welt besichtigt haben. Beachtlich ist auch die alte Burg, die im Besitz vom König Ludwig I., Graf Herman II. von Celje, Banus Vitovac, König Matijaš Korvin(Matthias Corvinus) und vom kroatischen Banus Ivaniš Korvin war. In Krapina wurde Hauptvertreter des Illyrismus Ljudevit Gaj geboren, der Begründer der Kroatischen Nationalen Wiedergeburt , und die Straßen von Krapina entlang schlenderten berühmte kroatische Schriftsteller August Šenoa, Marija Jurić Zagorka, Janko Leskovar, Ivo Andrić… Obwohl das Stadtbild stark von der Geschichte geprägt ist, bietet Krapina heute jedem etwas an. Ganzjährig finden hier Kulturveranstaltungen statt – unter anderem Fasching, Schauspiel-Festspiele, Dubravko-Ivančan-Tage, Tage des Festspielhauses, Sommer in Krapina, Der Tag der Stadt sowie tradi-tionelle Veranstaltungen wie Zagorjanisches Musikfestival „Krijesnica“ und die Kajkavische Kulturwoche mit dem Kajkavischen Liederfestival, das schon seit 47 Jahren hier abgehalten wird und bei dem man Lieder in Kajkavischer Mundart sowie volkstümliche Tänze und landesübliche Folklore genießen kann. Ein reiches gastronomisches Angebot der Gasthöfe in Krapina verlockt mit Aromen und schmeichelt den Gaumen zahlreicher Touristen. Wenn sich die Seele aber nach Ruhe in den Armen der Natur sehnt, lassen zahlre-iche Wanderwege und Bergpfade, unter denen der bekannteste der Weg des „Dedek Kajbumščak“ (Opa Kajbumščak) ist, die volle Pracht und Schönheit der Landschaft in Krapina und Umgebung erkennen. Auf die Kunstliebhaber warten der Skulpturenpark „Forma prima“ auf dem Berg Josipovac und die Stadtgalerie, und wenn Sie kurz in die Geschichte eintauchen wollen, reicht es einen Spazier-gang durch den alten Stadtkern zu machen, vom Šetalište hrvatskog narodnog preporoda, durch den Park matice hrvatske, in dem sich auch das Geburtshaus von Ljudevit Gaj befindet, bis zum Ljudevit-Gaj-Platz, dann von der Magis-tratska-Straße über die Uska-Straße und die Starogradska-straße bis zu der berühmten krapiner Burg „Alte Stadt“. Ein besonderes Ruheerlebnis verschenkt der Besuch von drei Kirchen: Pfarrkirche St.Nikolaus, Katharinenkirche und des Franziskanerklosters sowie der Kirche der heiligen Maria von Jerusalem. Wie immer es auch sei, beginnt und endet alles mit dem unum-gänglichen und berühmten Neandetalermuseum auf dem Berg Hušnjakovo, das die Ehrfurcht gebietet und zum Nachdenken anregt: „Warum sind die Urmenschen gerade hier ansässig geworden?“ Die Antwort ist eindeutig: schon dann war es klar, dass man hier einen angenehmen Lebensort findet! Und so ist es bis zur heutigen Zeit geblieben. Krapina ist stolz aufseine reiche Geschichte, dabei ist es aber ausgesprochen auf die Zukunft ausgerichtet. Krapina kao političko, upravno i kulturno središte Krapinsko-zagorske županije i najveći grad Hrvatskog zagorja, nalazi se na samom sjeverozapadu Republike Hrvatske. Smještena je na 46.1° sjeverne geografske širine i 15.9° istočne geografske dužine. Područje Grada Krapine, kao jedinice lokalne samouprave u Krapinsko-zagorskoj županiji i županijskog središta, prostire se na površini od 48 km². Uspoređujući podatke iz dvaju posljednjih popisa stanovništva iz 2001. i 2011. g. područje Grada Krapine bilježi blagi pad broja stanovništa s 12.950 na 12.479 stanovnika. Stanovništvo obitava u 23 naselja i 3.959 domaćinstava, a sam centar, odnosno naselje Krapina ima 4.530 stanovnika sa 1.541 domaćinstava. Suvremena Autocesta Zagreb – Macelj povezuje Grad Krapinu sa Zagrebom na svega 50 km, a do graničnog prijelaza sa Slovenijom, Maclja, udaljenost iznosi 18 km. Autocestom su osigurane vrlo dobre veze prema zapadnom dijelu Slovenije (Celje, Ljubljana) kod čvora Krapina, također prema Varaždinu (oko 50 km), te u nastavku prema Mađarskoj. Izgrađena je I. faza izmještanja državne ceste D-206 ( Krapina- Pregrada) s novim priključkom na D-1 kod naselja Polje Krapinsko, izgradnjom nadvožnjaka preko željezničke pruge i vodotoka Krapinica, koja se direktno spaja na prometnu infrastrukturu u Poduzetničkoj zoni Krapina Nova- Zapad, a planira se izgradnja spojne ceste Zabok - Krapina, koja prolazi direktno kroz Poduzetničku zonu Krapina Nova - Jug. Prema strategiji razvoja prometa RH kroz Krapinu je planiran i prolaz međunarodne željezničke pruge prema Beču s odvajanjem prema Varaždinu, sa suvremenim putničkim i teretnim kolodvorom. Sam grad Krapina smješten je u uskoj dolini rijeke Krapinice između obronaka Maceljskog gorja (Brezovica) i Strahinjčice. Takav položaj omogućavao je razvoj gospodarstva, a pojava željeznice i razvitak industrije krajem 19., a posebice u 20. stoljeću uzrokovao je daljnju urbanizaciju i porast broja stanovnika Krapine koja postaje vodeće zagorsko regionalno središte. Zbog svog skučenog položaja u kotlini, grad se proširio prema sjeveru i jugu. Područje Krapine spada u prostore s kontinentalno-humidnom klimom. Obilježja ovog tipa klime su umjer-eno topla i kišovita ljeta te hladne zime. U geološkom smislu područje Krapine pripada istočnim alpskim obroncima koji se protežu od zapada pa do rijeke Krapine na istoku. Geološku osnovu područja čine vapnenci i dolomiti (često korišteni u cestogradnji i građevinarstvu).

Krapina ist Verwaltungssitz der Gespanschaft Krapina-zagorje, politisches und kulturelles Zentrum und die größte Stadt der Region Hrvatsko zagorje (Kroatisch-Zagorien). Es liegt im Nordwesten der Republik Kroatiens. Die geographischen Koordinaten sind: 46.1⁰ nördliche Breite, 15.9⁰ östliche Länge. Das Gebiet der Stadt Krapina als Einheit der Kommunalver-waltung in der Gespanschaft Krapina-zagorje und der Sitz der Gespan-schaft erstreckt sich auf der Fläche von 48km². Wenn man die letzten zwei Volkszählungsergebnisse aus den Jahren 2001 und 2011 vergleicht, bemerkt man einen Rückgang der Einwohnerzahl von 12.950 auf 12.479 Einwohner. Die Einwohner leben in 23 Ortschaften und 3.959 Haushalten, und das Zentrum an sich, bzw. die Siedlung Krapina hat 4.530 Einwohner in 1.541 Haushalten. Die moderne Autobahn Zagreb – Macelj verbindet die Stadt Krapina mit Zagreb auf der Entfernung von nur 50 km, und bis zum Grenzübergang zu Slowenien Macelj beträgt die Entfernung 18 km. Über den Autobahnkreuz Krapina sind sehr gute Autobahnanbindun-gen gewährleistet in Richtung Westslowenien (Celje, Ljubljana), nach Varaždin (etwa 50 km) und weiter nach Ungarn. Durch den Ausbau einer Überführung über die Eisenbahnlinie und den Fluss Krapinica ist die 1. Phase des Verlegens der Landesstraße D-206 (Krapina – Pregrada)abgeschlossen mit der neuen Anschlusss-telle D-1 beim Ort Polje Krapinsko. Die Straße schließt sich direkt an die Verkehrsinfrastruktur in der Freihandelszone Krapina Nova – West. Geplant ist auch die Verbindungsstraße Zabok – Krapina, die direkt durch die Freihandelszone Krapina Nova – Süd verläuft. Aufgrund der Verkehrsstrategie der Republik Kroatien ist durch Krapina die Streckenführung der internationalen Bahnstrecke nach Wien mit der Abzweigung nach Varaždin vorgesehen mit einem modernen Passagier- und Warenbahnhof. Die Stadt Krapina liegt im schmalen Tal des Flusses Krapinica, zwischen den Abhängen von Macelj-Gebirge (Brezovica) und vom Berg Strahinjčica. Eine solche Lage hat die Entwicklung der Wirtschaft ermöglicht, und das Eintreffen der Bahn und die Industrieentwicklung Ende des 19. Jahrhunderts und insbesondere im 20. Jahrhundert hat die weitere Urbanisierung und den Anstieg der Einwohnerzahl in Krapina angeregt, das zum führenden Zentrum der Region Hrvatsko zagorje wird. Wegen ihrer eingeschränkten Lage in einem Talkessel hat sich die Stadt in Richtung Nord und Süd ausgedehnt. Das Gebiet der Stadt Krapina gehört zu den Regionen mit kontinental-feuchtem Klima. Merkmale von diesem Klimatyp sind gemäßigt warme und regnerische Sommer und kalte Winter. Im geologischer Hinsicht gehört dieses Gebiet zu den östlichen Alpenabhängen, die sich vom Westen bis zum Fluss Krapina im Osten erstrecken. Die geologische Grundlage dieses Gebietes stellen Kalkstein und Dolomit dar, die häufig im Straßenbau und im Bauwesen benutzt werden.

A political, administrative and cultural centre of Krapina-Za-gorje County and its biggest town, Krapina is situated in the north-west part of the Republic of Croatia. Its geographical position is 46.1 degrees north in latitude and 15.9 degrees east in longitude. As a local self-governing unit in Krapina-Zagorje County and the county seat, the area of the town of Krapina comprises 48 km².Comparing data in the two latest censuses, 2001census and 2011 cen-sus , the area of the town of Krapina slightly diminishes in the number of inhabitants, from 12.950 to 12.479 people. Its inhabitants live in 23 places and 3.959 households, whereas the centre itself, that is to say Krapina, has 4.530 residents in 1.541 households. A modern motorway Zagreb-Macelj connects the town of Krapina with Zagreb , which is thus only 50 kilometres away,while the distance to the border crossing between Croatia and Slovenia, Macelj, is only 18 kilometres. The motorway connections with western Slovenia (Celje, Ljubljana) via Krapina road junction are good, as well as with Varaždin (approximately 50 kilometres away ) in the direction of and continuing toHungary . The first phase of the state road D-206 (Krapina-Pregrada)relocation with a new connection to D-1 at Polje Krapinsko has been completed, including a new railway bridge over the Krapinčica , directly connected to road infrastructure at Krapina Nova-West Business Park; Zabok-Krapina road is being planned to pass directly through Krapina Nova-South Business Park. The Republic of Croatia’s strategy in the development of traffic connections envisages an international railway for Wienna , with Varaždin forking off passing through Krapina with a modern railway station for passenger and freight traffic. The town of Krapina itself is situated in a narrow valley of the river Krapinica, between the slopes of Macelj chain (Brezovica) and Strahinjčica. Such a position enabled it to develop economically, and the railway and the development of industry at the end of 19th century and specially in the 20th century lead to further urbanisation and the growth of population in Krapina, which becomes the leading Zagorje regional centre. Due to its limiting position in the valley, the town spread north and southwards. The area of Krapina has continental-humid climate, characterized by moderately warm and rainy summers and cold winters. Geologically speaking, the area belongs to eastern Alpine hillsides streching from the west to the river of Krapina in the east. The geological basis of the region are limestones and dolomites ( used often in road building and construction industry in general)

U Krapini je razvijen sustav predškolskog, osnovnog, srednjeg i visokoškolskog obrazovanja. Male Krapinčanke i Krapinčani smješteni su u dječji vrtić u vlasništvu Grada („Gustav Krklec“) i dva privatna vrtića („Mali kaj“ i „Sunčica“). Na području Grada djeluju dvije osnovne škole (OŠ Augusta Cesarca i OŠ „Ljudevit Gaj“) koje imaju po dvije područne škole (PŠ Podgora, PŠ Škarićevo, PŠ Lepajci, PŠ Šemnica Donja). Ukupan broj osnovnoškolaca u školskoj godini 2012. / 2013. g. iznosi 1.238 u koji ulazi i 104 učenika Osnovne glazbene škole pri OŠ Augusta Cesarca. Srednja škola Krapina, najveća u Županiji, djeluje pod motom “Jedinstvo različitosti”. U školskoj godini 2012./2013. u školi se realiziraju gimnazijski i strukovni programi srednjeg obra-zovanja za 1.104 učenika raspoređenih u 41 razredni odjel:

VELEUČILIŠTE HRVATSKO ZAGORJE KRAPINA U 2007. godini osnovano je Veleučilište Hrvatsko zagorje Krapina koje obavlja djelatnost visokog obrazovanja izvođenjem stručnih studija informatike, prometne logistike i operativnog menadžmenta. U akademskoj godini 2012./2013. upisano je ukupno 206 studenata, a dosad je studij završilo njih 60. Obrazovanje polaznika navedenih studija utemeljeno je na izučavanju disciplina nužnih za uspješno vođenje poslovnih organizacija.

Die kleinen Krapiner/innen können den Kindergarten „Gustav Krklec“ (im Eigentum der Stadt) besuchen, als auch zwei private Kindergärten („Der kleine Kaj“ und „Sunčica“). In der Stadt gibt es zwei Grundschulen („Ljudevit Gaj“ und „August Cesarec“) mit je zwei Zubringerschulen (Podgora, Škarićevo, Lepajci und Šemnica Donja). Diese Schulen besuchen im Schuljahr 2012/2013 1.238 Grundschüler, einschließlich 104 Schüler der Grundmusiks-chule im Rahmen der Grundschule August Cesarec. „Mittelschule Krapina“, die größte Mittelschule in der Gespanschaft, wirkt unter dem Motto „Einheit in Vielfalt“. HOCHSCHULE „HRVATSKO ZAGORJE“ KRAPINA 2007 wurde die Hochschule „Hrvatsko zagorje“ Krapina gegründet, wo die Hochschulprogramme in sogenannten Fachs-tudien Informatik, Verkehrslogistik und Menagement angeboten werden. Im Studiumjahr 2012/2013 wurden 206 Studenten einge-schrieben, bis jetzt haben ihr Studium 60 Kandidaten abgeschlossen. Die Ausbildung der Kandidaten beruht auf den Fertig-keiten, die für eine erfolgreiche Firmenverwaltung nötig sind.

Krapina has a highly developed preschool, elementary school, high school education and college education. Children un-der the age of seven go to one of the available kindergartens: par-ents can choose between state-run preschool (‘Gustav Krklec’) and two public owned ones (‘Mali kaj’ and ‘Sunčica’). In the city area there are two elementary schools (‘August Cesarec’ and ‘Ljudevit Gaj’) each working with two district schools (‘Podgora’, ‘Škarićevo’, ‘Lepajci’, ‘Šemnica Donja’). The total number of graders in the school year 2012/2013 is 1.238 children. This number includes 104 children which also attend the ‘Elementary music school’. Krapina High, the largest in the Krapina-Zagorje Region, works under the motto of ‘Unified in diversity’. POLYTECHNIC OF CROATIAN ZAGORJE KRAPINA It was formed in the year 2007. The main function is to educate students in the fields of higher/college education. Programs available are ones dealing with IT, traffic logistics and operational management. In the year 2012/ 2013, the total number of students attending amounted to 206, and up to this day 60 students have graduated from this college. The main goal of all these studies is to educate its par-ticipants in all the areas relevant to run successful businesses.

Početak zanatstva u Krapini vezan je uz XV. stoljeće kada je Krapina dobila povelju “slobodnog kraljevskog poveljnog trgovišta” sa svim povlasticama što su iz nje slijedile. Tijekom godina prvo su se razvili obrti poput kovača, gumbara, lončara, čižmara, mesara, pekara i drugih djelatnosti koji se 1837. g. udružuju u Veliki Krapinski Ceh. Obrtnici s područja grada Krapine povezali su se s obrtnicima iz okolnih općina i danas djeluju kao Udruženje obrtnika Grada Krapine i Općina Đurmanec, Jesenje, Petrovsko i Radoboj. Uoči Prvog svjetskog rata Krapina ima tvornicu kože, namještaja, kalijevih peći, tiskaru, ciglanu, pilanu, a prva u Zagorju dobiva i vodovod te 1886. g. željeznicu koja je povezuje sa Zagrebom. Na području Krapine uglavnom se razvija mala privreda i obrtništvo među kojima je najviše zastupljeno graditeljstvo, zatim tiskarstvo (7 tiskara), brojne trgovačko – ugostiteljske djelatnosti te špediterske djelatnosti čijem je razvitku pridonijela blizina graničnog prijelaza. Najviše je zaposlenih u tekstilnoj i metalskoj industriji. U krug velikih tvrtki pripadaju Kotka d.d. (proizvodnja muške konfekcije), Krateks d.d. (konfekcija ženske modne odjeće) i Jedinstvo d.d. (proizvodnja metalnih konstrukcija i njihovih dijelova). U Krapini djeluje Carinska ispostava Krapina koja s obzirom na blizinu graničnih prijelaza sa Slovenijom (Lupinjak, Macelj) ostvaruje značajan robni promet te uvelike doprinosi zadovoljavanju potreba gospodarskih subjekata koji sudjeluju u carinskom poslovanju.

Die Anfänge der Gewerbegeschichte gehen auf das XV. Jh. zurück, als Krapina zum „Freien königlichen Handelsplatz“ erklärt wurde, mit allen dazugehörigen Sonderrechten. Im Laufe der Zeit entwickelten sich zuerst die Gewerben wie Schmiede, Knopfmacher, Töpfer, Schuhmacher, Metzger, Bäcker u. a., die sich 1837 in Großer Krapiner Zunft vereinten. Die Handwerker vom Gebiet der Stadt Krapina haben sich mit Handwerkern aus umgebenden Gemeinden verbunden und wirken heute als Handwerkerverein der Stadt Krapina und der Gemeinden Đurmanec, Jesenje, Petrovsko und Radoboj. Kurz vor dem Ersten Weltkrieg hatte Krapina seine Lederfabrik, Möbelfabrik, Kachelofenfabrik, Druckerei, Zigelfabrik und sein einziges Sägewerk; die Stadt bekommt die erste Wasserleitung in Zagorje und im Jahr 1886 die erste Eisenbahnverbindung mit Zagreb. Auf dem Gebiet der Stadt Krapina entwikelt sich heute meistens die sogenannte Kleinwirtschaft, vor allem Bauwesen, Buchdruckerkunst (sogar 7 Druckereien), viele Handels- und Gastwesen-dienstleistungen, als auch Speditionen, wegen des nahegelegenen Grenzüberganges. Die meisten Arbeitstätigen gibt es heute in der Textil- und Metallindustrie. Zu den größten Firmen gehören Kotka AG (Konfektion für Männer), Krateks AG (Modische Damenkonfektion) und Jedinstvo AG ( Herstellung der Metallkonstruktionen und ihrer Teile). In Krapina wirkt auch das Zollamt Krapina, das wegen der nahegelegenen Grenzübergängen mit Slowenien (Lupinjak, Macelj) einen bedeutenden Umsatz verwirklicht und die Bedür-fnisse vieler am Zollgeschäften teilnehmenden Wirtschaftssub-jekte befriedigt.

The beginning of handicrafts in Krapina is closely linked to the 15th century when Krapina was awarded with the charter of ‘Free royal charter of a market town’ with all the ensuing benefits. The first trades to evolve during years were blacksmith, button-maker, potter, boot maker, butcher, baker and others. In 1837 they united into the ‘Great Trade-Guild of Krapina. Crafts-men from Krapina connected to craftsmen from adjacent districts. Today they work under the name of Craftsmen association of the city of Krapina and districts of Đurmanec, Jesenje, Petrovsko, and Radoboj. One the eve of the WWI Krapina had already had several significant factories: leather, furniture, tile stove, printing office, brickyard, and saw-mill. Krapina was also the first city located in Zagorje to get plumbing and as early as 1886 a railway con-necting it to Zagreb. In the wider region of Krapina the fastest developing industry is the so called ‘small industry and craftsman-ship’ among which one should mention building trade, printing industry (seven separate offices), numerous trading and catering industries as well as freight business. The latter developed mainly due to the proximity of the border crossing. Most of the jobs today go to textile and metal industries. Some of the large companies are: Kotka ltd. (men’s clothes manufacture), Krateks ltd. (women’s clothes manufacture) and Jedinstvo ltd. (manufacturing of metal structures and their parts). Krapina also has a customs post, which, due to the adja-cent border crossing with Slovenija (Lupnjak and Macelj), makes a significant turnover and thus contributes considerably to meeting the needs of all economic subjects involved in customs operations.

• Vodoopskrba: Grad Krapina gotovo je u potpunosti sagradio javnu vodovod-nu mrežu, izuzetak su više zone i dijelovi prigradskih naselja. Prema Programu vodoopskrbe Grada Krapine koji se sustavno provodi prema studiji IGH od 1994. godine završetak programa planira se realizirati do 2015. godine. • Odvodnja otpadnih voda: Radi zadovoljavajućeg rješavanja pitanja odvodnje i pročišćavanja otpadnih voda, Grad Krapina od 1990. godine provodi Program izgradnje cjelovitog kanalizacijskog sustava sa pripadajućim kolektorima i uređajem za pročišćavanje otpadnih voda. Program je 2010. g. proširen u Projekt odvodnje “Aglomeracija Krapina”, a obuhvaća zajednički sustav odvodnje za područje Grada Krapine i susjednih Općina Jesenje, Đurmanec, Petrovsko i Radoboj. Izgrađeni su kolektori 1 i 2 s lijeve obale te kolektor 3 s desne obale Krapinice, sa privremenim ispustom kod naselja Bobovje. To je ujedno početak kolektora 4 (dužine 4.240 m) koji će biti spojen s uređajem za pročišćavanje u južnom dijelu Grada te će preuzeti sve otpadne vode Aglomeracije. Pripremljena je projektna dokumentacija i u pripremi je izgradnja.• Elektroopskrba: Elektroenergetski sustav na području Grada Krapina ug-lavnom je u potpunosti dovršen. U naselju Strahinje u sjevernom dijelu Grada izgrađena je trafostanica 35/10kV. Na području naselja Bobovje, neposredno uz Poduzetničku zonu Krapina Nova - Zapad 2008. god. izgrađena je 110/20 kV trafos-tanica uz 110 kV dalekovod, a paralelno s kojom se rekonstruirala i dogradila postojeća elektroinfrastruktura na užem području grada. Za područje Poduzetničke zone Krapina Nova - Zapad izgrađena je trafostanica 20/0,4 kV kojom je omogućen priključak svih novih gospodarskih subjekata u sjevernom dijelu zone. • Plinoopskrba: Na području Grada Krapina postavljen je magistralni plinovod DN 500 mm (20”) Rogatec-Zagreb koji ujedno i snabdijeva plinom Grad Krapinu. Lokalna plinoopskrbna mreža većim je dijelom izgrađena, a za nova naselja i radne zone planirana je izgradnja novih priključnih mreža. • Telekomunikacije: Krapina, kao središte županije, u potpunosti je pokrivena fiksnom telefonskom mrežom. Glavnina TK mreže na području Krapine izvedena je kao podzemna, s izuzetkom nekih udaljenijih te manjih dijelova naselja do kojih je mreža izvedena kao nadzemna.

• Wasserversorgung: Die Stadt Krapina hat fast ein ganzes Versorgungsnetzwerk gebaut, eine Auβnahme sind die Vororte. Nach dem Versorgungspro-gramm der Stadt Krapina, das systematisch laut einer Studie IGH von 1994 durchgefűhrt wird, plant man das Programm bis Ende 2015 zu realisieren. • Kanalisationssystem: Die Stadt Krapina fűhrt seit 1990 ein Programm durch, das sich mit dem Ausbau der Kanalisation und den dazugehőrigen Kolle-ktoren und den Geräten fűr die Reinigung der Abwässer beschäftigt. Das Programm ist im Jahr 2010 erweitert worden zum Projekt Aglomera-tion der Stadt Krapina,und deckt das gemeinsame Kanalisationssystem fűr die Stadt Krapina und der benachbarten Gemeinden Jesenje, Đurmanec, Petrovsko und Radoboj. Es wurden Kollektoren 1 und 2 auf der linken Seite des Flusses Krapinica, und Kollektor 3 auf der rechten Seite, mit einem vorűbergehendem Abfluss bei dem Ort Bobovje. Das ist gleichzeitig der Beginn des 4 Kollektors (mit der Länge von 4.240 Meter), der mit dem Abwässergerät im sűdlichen Stadtteil verbunden wird, der dann die Abwässer der Aglomeration űbernimmt. Ein Programm und sein Ausbau sind fűr das Projekt vorbereitet.• Stromversorgung: Das System der elektrischen Energie ist in Krapina im Groβen und Ganzen fertiggestellt. In Krapinas nőrdlichen Teil ist ein Umspan-nwerk ausgebaut worden 35/10 KW. Auf dem Gebiet im Ort Bobovje, unmittelbar in der neuen Zone im westlichen Teil von Krapina, wurde im Jahr 2008 ein Umspan-nwerk 110/20 KW neben einer Űbertragungsleitung gebaut. In der uni-mittelbaren Umgebung der Stadt wurde eine Infrastruktur ausgebaut. Fűr die neue westliche Zone in Krapina wurde ein Umspan-nwerk 20/04KW gebaut, mit dem eine Verbindung zu allen Wirtschaft-seinheiten im nőrdlichen Teil ermőglicht wurde.• Gasversorgung: In Gebieten der Stadt Krapina wurde ein Haupt- Gas aufgestellt DN 500 mm (20“) Rogatec-Zagreb, der die Stadt mit Gas beliefert. Ein lokales Gasversorgugsnetz ist grőβten Teils aufgebaut, und fűr die neuen Gebiete ist der Ausbau der neuen Verbindungsnetzwerke geplant.• Telekommunikation: Die Stadt Krapina, die ein Zentrum der Gespannschaft ist, ist vőllig mit Festnetz bedeckt. Das Festnetz wurde in Krapina unterirdisch ausgefűhrt, mit der Ausnahme von ein paar entfernten und wenig besiedelten Gebieten, bei denen das Netz oberirdisch ausgefűhrt wurde.

• Water Supply: The town of Krapina has almost entirely built the municipal waterworks, with the exception of the higher zones and the suburban area. According to the town’s Water Supply Program, which has been systematically conducted according to a study by IGH since 1994, the completion of the program is planned for 2015.• Waste water discharge: In order to address the issue of a satisfactory drainage and wastewater treatment, the town of Krapina has been systematically implementing, a comprehensive program of construction of sewerage system with auxiliary collectors and equipment for waste water treat-ment plant since 1990. The program was expanded in 2010 to a Drain-age Project “ Krapina Agglomeration ‘, and includes a common drainage system for the town of Krapina and the neighboring municipality of Jesenje, Đurmanec, Petrovsko and Radoboj. Collectors 1 and 2 were built on the left bank and collector 3 on the right bank of Krapinica, with a temporary drop near the settlement of Bobovlje. It is also the beginning of collector 4 (length 4.240 m) to be connected to the treatment facility in the southern part of the city and will take all Agglomeration’s waste-water. The project documentation and preparation of the construction have been set as well.• Electricity supply: Power system in the town of Krapina has largely been com-pleted. Today there is a 35/10 kV substation in the settlement Strahinje in the northern part of the city. In the area of the settlement Bobovje, close to the new west zone Krapina, there was a 110/20 kV substation to the 110 kV transmission line developed in 2008. In the area of economic zone Krapina New West, substation 20/0, 4 kV was stacked, which enabled the connection of all new busi-nesses in the northern part of the zone.• Regional gas: The town of Krapina set the main gas pipeline DN 500 mm (20 “) Rogatec-Zagreb that also supplies gas to the town of Krapina. Poduzetnička zona Krapina Nova nalazi se u jugozapadnom dijelu Krapine od pogona bivše “Keramike” na sjeveru te prema jugu do naselja Velika Ves, zapadno od trase Autoceste Zagreb - Macelj. Nadvožnjak autoceste dijeli zonu na dva dijela pod nazivima “Krapina Nova - Zapad “ i “Krapina Nova - Jug“. Poduzetnička zona Krapina Nova - Zapad prostire se na oko 43 hektara površine, a pobliže se nalazi zapadno od željezničke pruge ispod stambenog naselja Bobovje i Pristava Krapinska do nove autoceste. Prometno je povezana s Ulicom Frana Galovića, a nadvožnjakom preko željezničke pruge i vodotoka Krapinice direktno je priključena na D-1 kod naselja Polje Krapinsko (tzv. „zagorska magis-trala“), a što je cca 1 km od čvora Krapina na Autocesti Zagreb- Macelj. Poduzetnička zona Krapina Nova - Jug prostire se na oko 42 hektara površine, a pobliže od nadvožnjaka autoceste na sjeveru do ceste Lepajci - Krapinske Toplice na jugu. Istočna granica je autocesta, a zapadna vodotok Krapinica. Prometno je povezana na autocestu u čvor Krapina sjeverno cca 2 km ili u čvor Sv. Križ Začretje na jug cca 10 km, a planiranom izgradnjom spojne ceste Zabok - Krapina koja prolazi kroz zonu, bit će vezana direktno na autocestu.

Die neue Zone der Stadt Krapina befindet sich im sűdwestlichen Teil von Krapina von der ehemaligen „Keramik“ im Nor-den Richtung Sűden bis zum Ort Velika Ves, westlich von der Autobahn Zagreb-Macelj. Die Űberfűhrung der Autobahn teilt die Zone in zwei Teile „Der neue Teil Krapina-Westen“ und der neue Teil Krapina-Sűden“. Der neue Teil Krapina-Westen erstreckt sich auf der Fläche von 43 Hektar,und befindet sich westlich von der Eisenbahn und unter dem Gebiet Bobovje bis zur neuen Autobahn. Es gibt eine Verkehrsverbindung mit der Fran Galović Straβe, mit Hilfe der Űberfűhrung zur Eisenbahn und dem Wasserlauf Krapinica ist sie direkt auf die D1 angeschlossen (die Magistrale in Zagorje) die ungefähr 1 Km vom Knoten der Autobahn Zagreb-Macelj entfernt ist. Der neue Teil Krapina-Sűden, erstreckt sich auf der Fläche von 42 Hektar, von der Űberfűhrung der Autobahn im Norden bis zur Lepajci Straβe- Kurort Krapinske Toplice im Sűden. Die Grenze im Osten ist die Autobahn und die im Westen der Wasserlauf Krapinica. Es gibt auch eine Verkehrsverbindung auf die Autobahn in den Knoten Krapina Norden ca. 2 Km oder in den Knoten Sv. Križ Začretje im Sűden ca.10 Km, man plant eine Verbindungsstraβe Zabok-Krapina, die direkt an die Autobahn angebunden wird.

Enterprise zone new Krapina is located in the southwestern part of the town of Krapina, from the former ‘Keramika’ plant in the north and to the south near the village of Velika Ves, west of the High-way route Zagreb - Macelj. The highway overpass splits the zone in two parts under the name Krapina New-West and Krapina New-South.Krapina Zone New-West covers about 43 hectares and is located west of the railroad tracks below the residential area Bobovje and Pristava Krapinska to the new highway. Concerning traffic Krapina Zone New-West is connected to Fran Galović street and by the overpass over the railway and the river Krapinica, will be directly connected to the D-1 (aka “Zagorje highway”), which is app 1 km from the node Krapina on the highway Zagreb-Macelj. Krapina Zone New-South extends to about 42 acres i.e. from the highway overpass in the north to the County Road Lepajci - Krap-inske Toplice in the south. Concerning traffic Krapina Zone New-South is connected to the highway into the node Krapina to the north (app 2 km) or into the node Sv. Križ Začretje to the south (app 10 km). GRAD KRAPINA

I. faza izgradnje Poduzetničke zone Krapina Nova I. fazom obuhvaćen je prostor u sjevernom dijelu zone, na površini za koju je izvršen otkup zemljišta.

ZEMLJIŠTE Grad Krapina je u prostoru Poduzetničke zone Krapina Nova - Zapad otkupio zemljište površine otprilike 87.597 m², dok je preostalo zemljište u privatnom vlasništvu. Na dijelu tog zemljišta formirano je 13 građevinskih parcela od kojih je 11 prodano poduzetnicima. U prostoru djeluju 2 gospodarska subjekta, a ostali su u fazi izgradnje ili priprema za izgradnju. Na prostoru Poduzetničke zone Krapina Nova - Jug zemljište je u privatnom vlasništvu, a u toj zoni posluje 5 tvrtki.

INFRASTRUKTURA Zona se nalazi nedaleko Državne ceste D1 i Autoceste Zagreb -Macelj, te neposredno uz željezničku prugu Zabok – Krapina. Udaljenost do čvora Autoceste (ulaza/izlaza) Krapina - jug iznosi cca 1 km, a do međunarodnog GP Macelj 18 km. Pristup do zone omogućen je priključkom na D-1 kod naselja Polje Krapinsko, nadvožnjakom preko željezničke pruge i vodotoka, a iz grada južno Ulicom Frana Galovića i iz naselja Bobovje. U zoni je izgrađena dionica glavne ceste dužine 650 m i sporedna cesta dužine 283 m s kompletnom infrastrukturom (javna rasvjeta, DTK mreža, plinovod, vodovod i kolektor te niskonaponski i srednjenaponski elektrovodovi). Vodovod se spaja na postojeći cjevovod sa zapadne strane pruge. U zoni je položena i trasa magistralnog cjevovoda uz željezničku prugu te cjevovodi u dionici glavne i sporedne ceste, profila PEHD DN 225, radnog tlaka 5,5 bara i dnevnog kapaciteta 150 m³. Zona je spojena na rekonstruirani glavni srednjetlačni plinovod sa zapadne strane željezničke pruge te je izveden napojni plinovod u glavnoj i sporednoj cesti profila PE 222 i radnog tlaka 3 bara. Opskrbljenost iz magistralnog plinovoda: Ø500 mm. Kapacitet električne mreže iznosi 1 MW. Jedna trafostanica snage 110/20 kV, 2x20 MVA je već izgrađena u samoj zoni, a planom je predviđena izgradnja 9 kabelskih trafostanica 20/04 kV. Trenutno je izgrađena jedna TS 20/04, a u trupu glavne ceste dužine cca 650 m položeni su elektroenergetski kablovi za mogućnost priključenja građevina u zoni. Navedeno jamči osiguranje tehničkih uvjeta u mreži i kvalitetnu opskrbu električnom energijom svih potencijalnih potrošača. Izveden je novi cjevovod za DTK instalacije u trupu cesta, a na početku zone postoji TK infrastruktura kapaciteta 150x4x0,4. U Poduzetničkoj zoni Krapina Nova - Jug izvedena je komu-nalna infrastruktura u južnom dijelu gdje djeluju postojeći poslovni sub-jekti - dionica ceste te priključci na vodu, plin, NN mrežu i DTK. Izvedeni su spojevi glavnog vodoopskrbnog sustava profila PEHD DN 225, radnog tlaka 5,5 bara i dnevnog kapaciteta 150 m³ te plinovoda iz zone Zapad. Kroz zonu je također izvedena nova elektroenergetska mreža - rasplet iz TS 110/20 kV od Bobovja do Sv. Križa Začretja.

Die erste Phase der Errichtung von Un ternehmenszone Krapina- neu Durch die erste Phase wurde das Gebiet im Norden der Zone auf der abgekauften Bodenfläche umfasst.

DAS GRUNDSTÜCK Die Stadt Krapina hat auf dem Gebiet des Unternehmenszone Krapina neu – Westen das etwa 87.597m² große Grundstück abgekauft, während das restliche Gelände ein Privateigentum ist. Ein Teil dieses Geländes wurde in 13 Bauplätze eingeteilt , von denen 11 den Unternehmern verkauft wurden. Im Gebiet wirken 2 Wirtschaftssubjekte und die anderen sind en-tweder in der Bauphase oder werden für den Bau vorbereitet. Auf dem Gebiet der Unternehmenszone Krapina neu- Süden ist das Gelände ein Privateigentum und in dieser Zone sind 5 Firmen tätig.

INFRASTRUKTUR Die Zone befindet sich unweit von der Staatsstraße D1 und der Autobahn Zagreb-Macelj und dicht an der Bahnlinie Zabok- Krapina. Die Entfernung bis zum Knoten der Autobahn ( die Ein- und Ausfahrt) Krapina – Süden beträgt cca. 1 km und 18 km bis zum internationalen Grenzübergang Macelj. Der Zugang zur Zone wurde durch den Anschluss an die D1 bei Ort Polje Krapinsko ermöglicht, und zwar mittels der Überführung über der Bahnlinie. Aus der Stadt erfolgt das südlich, durch die Fran Galović-Straße aus dem Ort Bobovje. In der Zone wurde die 650 m lange Wegstrecke der Hauptstraße sowie die 283 m lange Nebenstraße mit der kompletten Infrastruktur ( öffentli-che Beleuchtung , DTK-Netz, Gasleitung, Wasserletung und Kollektor sowie Elektroleitungen mit Niedrig – und Hochspannung) erbaut. Die Wasserleitung wird an die bestehende Rohrleitung vom westlichen Teil der Bahnlinie aus angeschlossen. In der Zone wurde auch die Trasse der Rohrleitung neben der Bahnlinie gelegt sowie Rohrleitungen in der Wegstrecke der Haupt- und Nebenstraße, mit dem Profil PEHD DN 225, Druck 5,5 Bars und der täglichen Kapazität 150 m³. Die Zone ist an die umgebaute Hauptgasleitung nit Niedrigdruck vom westlichen Teil der Bahnlinie angeschlossen und die Gasleitung wurde in der Haupt – und Nebenstraße errichtet, mit dem Profil PE 222 und Druck 3 Bars. Die Versorgung aus dem Hauptgasleitung: Ø500 mm. Die Kapazität des Elektronetzes beträgt 1 MW. Ein Umspannwerk mit der Stärke von 110/20kv, 2x20 MVA ist schon in der Zone selbst erbaut, und der Bau von 9 Kabelumspannwerken ist nocht geplant. Im Augenblick ist ein TH 20/04 errichtet und in der Hauptstraße wurden die cca.650 langen Elektrokabel glegt , damit der Anschluss der Gebäude in der Zone ermöglicht wird. Das alles ist eine Garantie für die Sicherung der technischen Bedingungen im Netz und die Qualitätsversorgung der elektrischen Energie aller potentiellen Verbraucher. In den Straßen wurde die neue Rohrleitung für die DTK-Installa-tionen errichtet und am Anfang der Zone besteht die TK-Infrastruktur mit der Kapazität von 150x4x0,4. In der Unternehmenszone Krapina neu – Süden wurde die Kom-munalinfrastruktur im südlichen Teil erbaut, wo die existierenden Unterneh-menssubjekte tätig sind – die Wegstrecke der Straße sowie Anschlüsse ans Wasser, Gas, Niedrigspannungsnetz und DTK. Errichtet wurden die Verbindun-gen des Hauptwasserversorgungsystems mit dem Profil PEHD DN 225, Druck 5,5 Bars und der täglichen Kapazität 150 m³. Auch das neue Elektronetz ist in der Zone errichtet ( die Entwirrung aus dem Umspannwerk 110/20kv von Bobovje bis Sv. Križ Začretje).

The 1st phase of building the Krapina Nova business park The 1st phase includes the northern part of the park on the area which has already been purchased.

THE LAND The city of Krapina has purchased an area the size of about 87,597 m² in the Krapina Nova business park – West, and the rest of the area is privately owned. INFRASTRUCTURE The business park is situated not far from the D1 state road and the Zagreb – Macelj Highway, and along the Zabok – Krapina railway tracks. The distance to the Krapina – south highway interchange (exit/entrance) is approximately 1 km, and to the Macelj border police 18 km. It is possible to enter the park through the D-1 at Polje Krapin-sko, by taking the overpass over the railway and the watercourse, and if you are coming from Krapina by taking the Frana Galovića Street and from Bobovje. A section of the main road of 650 m nad the back road of 283 m were built with complete infrastructure (public lighting, DKT link, gas line, water and sewer, and low and high voltage electrical cables). The water supply is connected to the existing pipeline on the west side of the railway track. A part of the watermain was also built along the railway track as well as pipelines on the main and back road, type PEHD DN 225, with a pressure of 5.5 bar and a daily capacity of 150 m³. The park is connected to the rebuilt main pipeline with a medium pressure on the west side of the railway track, and a supply pipeline type PE 222 was built on the main and back roads with a pres-sure of 3 bar. The supply from the main pipeline: Ø500 mm. The capacity of the electric grid is 1 MW. One substation with the power of 110/20 kV, 2x20 MVA has already been built in the park and a further nine 20/04 kV cable substations will be built. Only one TS 20/04 has been built so far, and power cables to which structures in the park will be able to connect were placed along a 650 m section of the main road. This will ensure the technical conditions in the network and a quality supply of electricity for all potential consumers. A new pipeline for DKT intalations has been built in the main road, and there is a TK infrastructure with a capacity of 150x4x0.4 at the beginning of the park. In the Kapina Nova – South business park an infrastructure was built in the south part where the existing business entities are situ-ated – section of the road, water, gas NN network and DKT connections. The juncture of the main water supply system type PEHD DN 225, with a pressure of 5.5 bar and a daily capacity of 150 m³ and the pipeline from business park West have been built. A new power network has also been built in the park – out of TS 110/20 kV from Bobovje to Sv. Križ Začretje.

U okviru zone gospodarsko - proizvodne namjene predviđena je gradnja građevina pretežito industrijske ili zanatske namjene. Moguće su djelatnosti s manjim stupnjem onečišćenja uz uvjet da se poduzmu sve potrebne mjere u cilju smanjenja onečišćenja zraka i tla.

U sklopu zone proizvodne namjene-pretežito industrijska namjena, moguća je gradnja slijedećih građevina:

• industrijski pogoni - čista industrija• gospodarski pogoni svih vrsta• skladišni prostori• pogoni za preradu poljoprivrednih proizvoda, mlinovi, silosi, sušare i slično• poslovni, upravni, uredski i trgovački prostori

U sklopu zone proizvodne namjene-pretežito zanatska namjena moguća je gradnja slijedećih građevina:

• obrtnički pogoni• zanatski pogoni koji ne onečišćuju okoliš • građevine za malo poduzetništvo• skladišni prostori• poslovni, upravni, uredski i trgovački prostori Na površinama gospodarsko - proizvodne djelatnosti izgradnja građevina treba biti koncipirana tako da:• minimalna veličina građevne čestice bude 2000 m²• građevne čestice minimalne veličine mogu se spajati i formirati novu građevnu česticu• najveći koeficijent izgrađenosti građevinske čestice iznosi 0,5• najveća visina sljemena građevina od konačno zaravnatog terena je 12,00 m

postoji mogućnost izmjene uvjeta gradnje u skladu sa željama i potrebama investitora i u skladu sa zakonskim propisima

The construction of buildings predominantly for industrial or trade purposes has been foreseen within the zone of economic-productive purposes. Services with lesser degree of contamination are allowed with the condition to take all necessary measures in order to reduce the air and soil pollution.

Within the productive purposes sector -mainly industrial purposes, it is possible to build the following structures:

• industrial facilities – clean industry• economic facilities of all kinds• storage rooms• facilities for processing agricultural products, mills, silos, dryers, etc.• business, administrative, office and commercial spaces

Within the productive purposes sector-mainly trade pur-poses, it is possible to build the following structures:

• commercial facilities• trade facilities which do not pollute the environment• buildings for small business• storage rooms• business, administrative, office and commercial spaces

Within the area of economic-trade services constructions should be designed in a way that:• minimum size of the building plot is 2000m²• minimum size building plots may be merged to form a new building plot• the largest building coefficient is 0,5• the maximum ridge height of the structure with regard to the finite field is 12,00 m

• it is possible to change the conditions of construction with regard to the wishes and needs of the investors and in accord-ance with legal regulations

Im Rahmen der Zone des wirtschaftlichen und produktiven Zwecks beabsichtigt, Konstruktion von Gebäuden vorwiegend indus-trielle oder handwerkliche Zwecke zu bauen. Mögliche Aktivitäten sind mit einem geringeren Grad der Verunreinigung mit der Bedingung, alle notwendigen Maßnahmen zu ergreifen, um die Luft- und Erdverschmut-zung zu reduzieren.

Innerhalb der Zone des Produktionszwecks - hauptsächlich industrielle Zwecke, ist es möglich, die folgenden Gebäude zu bauen:

• Industriebetriebe - saubere Industrie• Wirtschaftsbetriebe aller Art• Lagerräume• Betriebe für die Verarbeitung von landwirtschaftlichen Erzeugnissen, Mühlen, Silos, Trockner, u.a.• Geschäfts-, Verwaltungs-, Büro- und Gewerbeflächen

Innerhalb der Zone des Produktionszwecks - hauptsächlich gewerbliche Zwecke, ist es möglich die folgenden Gebäude zu bauen:

• Handwerke• handwerkliche Betriebe, die nicht die Umwelt verschmutzen• Gebäude für kleine Unternehmen• Lagerräume• Geschäfts-, Verwaltungs-, Büro- und Gewerbeflächen

Auf den Flächen der Wirtschafts- und Produktionstätigkeiten, der Ausbau soll so gestaltet sein, daß:• Mindestgröße der Baugrundstücke 2000 m² beträgt• die Gründstücke der Mindestgröße möglich verbinden ist und ein neues Baugrundstück bilden• der größte Baukoeffizient des Baugrundstücks 0,5 ist• die Maximalhöhe des Satteldaches von der abgeflachtenen Gelände 12,00 m ist

• Es besteht die Möglichkeit der Änderung von Baubedingun-gen in Übereinstimmung mit den Wünschen und Bedürfnis-sen der Investoren und nach den gesetzlichen Vorschriften.

Također snosi sve troškove vezane uz postupak izdavanja lokacijske dozvole• investitor je o svom trošku dužan naručiti projektnu dokumentaciju za ishođenje akta za odobrenje gradnje, a prema uvjetima važećeg plana i izdane lokacijske dozvole, te snosi sve troškove vezane uz postupak, kao i troškove prema važećim propisima o financiranju vodnog gospodarstva (vodni doprinos) i Zakonu o poljo-privrednom zemljištu • akt za odobrenje gradnje se ne može izdati bez potvrde o uplati komunalnog doprinosa i vodnog doprinosa ili 1. rate kod obročne otplate• investitor plaća komunalni doprinos Gradu Krapini, a sukladno zakonskim propisima i prema važećoj Odluci, a što za zonu iznosi : - za proizvodne prostore i hale sa pratećim uredskim, prodajnim i skladišnim prostorima te za skladišta do 500 m² - 15,00 kn/m³; zona jug 7,50 kn/m³ - za skladišta veća od 500 m² te za građevine trgovačke, uslužne, uredske i ugos-titeljsko - turističke namjene - zona zapad 20,00 kn/m³ ; zona jug 10,00 kn/m³ • komunalni doprinos se plaća jednokratno ili obročno plaćanje do max. 12 mjesečnih rata, s time da je 1. obrok min. 30% ukupne obveze, a ostale rate uz godišnju kamatnu stopu po eskontnoj stopi HNB-a• investitor na svoj trošak rješava sva priključenja građevine na infrastrukturu, a prema uvjetima i ugovoru sa lokalnim distributerom • vodovod i kanalizacija: zahtjev za priključenje građevine na glavni vodovod i uređaje odvodnje pokreće se kod isporučitelja vodnih usluga - tvrtke Krakom d.o.o. Krapina, a prema Odluci o priključenju Grada Krapine• investitor je dužan platiti naknadu za priključenje ovisno o namjeni i površini zgrade i visini prosječne brutto plaće u RH prema rješenju Grada Krapine te troškove rada i materijala za izvođenje priključka prema ugovoru sa tvrtkom Krakom d.o.o.• visina naknade za priključenje: - za proizvodne prostore 30 % odnosno 2.339,00 kn - za poslovne prostore do 500 m² 100 % odnosno 7.796,00 kn - za poslovne prostore veće od 500 m² 200 % odnosno 15.592,00 kn • plin: priključak na glavni napojni plinovod izvodi se prema posebnim uvjetima i ugovoru sa Gradskom plinarom Krapina, ovisno o namjeni, veličini i predviđenoj potrošnji, za svaki objekt posebno. Lokalitet Šemničke Toplice Šemničke toplice nalaze se na južnom dijelu područja Grada Krapine u naselju Donja Šemnica, na lijevoj strani potoka Šemnica, uz Državnu cestu D35 prema Varaždinu te na udaljenosti od 1 km od Autoceste Zagreb – Macelj kod mjesta Sv. Križ Začretje. Od središta Krapine udaljene su 7,5 km u smjeru jugoistoka, a od Zagreba 47 km u smjeru sjevera. Autocestom iz smjera sjevera dobro su prometno povezane sa Slovenijom i Austrijom. Izvorište Šemničkih toplica leži na 46° 6’ 34’’ sjeverne širine i 15° 54’ 39’’ istočne dužine na nadmorskoj visini od 163 m. Lokalitet se prostire na zemljištu ukupne površine 13.029 m² u vlasništvu Grada Krapine. Prema katastarskim evidencijama, zemljište se nalazi na česticama k. č. br. 111/1, 111/2, 113, 114, 115/1, 3692 i 3572 sve k.o. Šemnica i k č. br. 1401/3 k.o. Švaljkovec. Budući razvoj turističko – rekreacijsko - lječilišni kompleksa moguć je i na području sjeverno od postojećeg na zemljištu koje je u privatnom posjedu sveukupne površine 3,5 ha. POSTOJEĆE STANJE Šemničke toplice bile su u funkciji u razdoblju od 1969. do 1979. g (bazen s pratećim ugostiteljskim objektom). Danas se na lokalitetu nalazi bazen koji nije u uporabi - eliptičnog oblika 18 X 30 m te kaptaža – izvor tople vode (5 X 9 m). Uz vodotok Šemnica, na udaljenosti od 60 m od kaptaže smještena je bušotina tople vode (oznaka ŠT-3).

IZVORIŠTA Na lokalitetu postoje dva izvorišta:1. prirodna kaptaža temperature 31° C2. izvor ŠT-3 temperature od 33,7 ° C koja je udaljen 60 m od prirodnog izvora uz vodotok Šemnica Treći izvor ŠT-4 temperature 36° C nalazi se na privatnom posjedu, izvan obuhvata zemljišta postojećeg lokaliteta, ali unutar površine predviđene za mogući turističko – rekreacijsko – lječilišni kompleks. Ispitivanja termalne vode Zavoda za medicinu i rehabilitaciju Medicin-skog fakulteta u Zagrebu izvršena su 1982. g. Po balneokemijskim karakteristikama sva su tri izvorišta istovjetnog sastava: blago kalcijevo - magnezijevo - hidrokabon-atna terma, a razlikuju se u temperaturi - prirodni izvor je nešto niže temperature od novootvorenih bušotina ŠT-3 i ŠT-4. Prema izvješću Zavoda za hidrotehniku Instituta IGH u Zagrebu izdašnost kaptaže je kapaciteta 3 l / s, bušotine ŠT-3 je 20 l / s sa samoizljevom 2-3 l / s, odnosno maksimumom od 23 l / s. Izvorna izdašnost iznosi 1.728 m ³ / dan odnosno 630.720 m ³ / god.

MOGUĆNOSTI LOKALITETA Lijepi prirodni ambijent obogaćen mnoštvom pitoresknih brežuljaka čine ovaj lokalitet idealnim mjestom za odmor. Prema svim gore navedenim karakter-istikama, voda Šemničkih toplica najpogodnija je za cjelogodišnju rekreaciju, ljeti u otvorenim, a zimi u zatvorenim bazenima uz mogućnost pojačanja zdravstvene komponente posebice u području sportske medicine. Dodatnu prednost turističke ponude predstavljaju obližnja seoska domaćinstva s vlastitom proizvodnjom zdrave hrane te dobra prometna povezanost. UVJETI UREĐENJA Lokalitet Šemničke Toplice nalazi se u obuhvatu Prostornog plana uređenja Grada Krapine u zoni turističko– rekreacijskog predjela. Obuhvat Detaljnog plana uređenja za Turistički predjel Šemničke Toplice predviđen je na širem području od postojećeg lokaliteta obuhvaćajući zemljište površine cca. 4,0 ha od čega je 13.029 m² u vlasništvu Grada Krapine. Uvjete uređenja moguće je prilagoditi željama i potrebama investitora u skladu sa zakonskim propisima.

Lokalität Šemničke Toplice (Thermen) Šemničke toplice befindet sich im südlichen Teil des Gebiets von Stadt Krapina, in der Siedlung Donja Šemnica, auf der linken Seite des Bachs Šemnica, neben der Staatsstraße D35 Richtung Varaždin und ist 1 km von der Autobahn Zagreb – Macelj bei dem Ort Sv. Križ Začretje entfernt. Es ist vom Zentrum Krapina 7,5 km in Richtung Südost, und von Zagreb 47 km in Richtung Nord entfernt. Mit der Autobahn aus Richtung Nord ist es mit Slowenien und Ősterreich gut verkehrsverbunden. Die Quelle von den Thermen Šemničke toplice ist 46° 6’ 34’’ ’nördl. geo-graph. Breite und 15˚54’39’’ östl. geograph. Länge, 163 m über dem Meer. Die Lokalität befindet sich auf dem Grundstück von der Gesamtfläche 13.029 m² im Besitz von Stadt Krapina. Nach den Katasterevidenzen befindet sich das Grundstück auf den Parzellen k.č. br. 111/1, 111/2, 113, 114, 115/1, 3692 und 3572 alle k.o. Šemnica und auf k.č. 1401/3 k.o. Švaljkovec.Die zukünftige Entwicklung des Touristen-Erholungs-Kurkomplex-es ist auch nördlich von diesem Bereich möglich, uzw. auf dem privatem Grundstück von 3,5 ha.

SACHLAGE Šemničke toplice war in Funktion in der Zeit von 1969 bis 1979 (das Schwimmbad mit einer Gaststätte). Heute befindet sich auf der Lokalität das Schwim-mbad elliptischer Form 18 x 30 m, das außer Betrieb ist, und die Quellenfassung – Warmwasserquelle (5 x 9 m). An dem Wasserlauf Šemnica, 60 m von der Wasserfassunf entfernt, befindet sich die Warmwasserbohröffnung (Bezeichnung ŠT-3).

QUELLEN Auf der Lokalität befinden sich zwei Quellen:1. Natürliche Quellenfassung mit Temperatur 31˚C2. Quelle ŠT-3 mit Temperatur 33,7 ˚C, die 60 m von der natürlichen Quelle am Was-serlauf Šemnica entfernt ist. Die dritte Quelle ŠT-4 mit Temperatur von 36˚C befindet sich auf dem Privatgrundstück, ausserhalb des Grunstücks der vorhandenen Lokalität, aber innerhalb der Fläche, die für den möglichen Touristen-Erholungs-Kurkomplex vorgesehen ist. Die Thermalwasserprüfungen wurden im Institut für Medizin und Rehabilitation der Medizinischen Fakultät in Zagreb im Jahr 1982 durchgeführt. Balneo-chemische Charakteristiken zeigen, dass alle drei Quellen die gleiche Zusammensetzung haben: leicht-Kalzium-Magnesium-Hydrokarbonat-Thermen, wobei sie sich nur in Temperatur unterscheiden: die natürliche Quelle hat ein bißchen niedrigere Temperatur als neugeöffnete Bohröffnungen ŠT-3 und ŠT-4. Nach dem Bericht des Instituts für Hydrotechnik IGH in Zagreb ist die Kapazität der Quellenfassung 3 l/s, der Bohröffnung ŠT-3 beträgt sie 20 l/s mit Abfluss von 2-3 l/s, bzw.mit dem Maximum von 23 l/s. Die Quellenkapazität beträgt 1.728 m³ / Tag bzw. 630.720 m³ / Jahr.

MŐGLICHKEITEN DER LOKALITÄT Schöne Landschaft mit vielen idyllischen Hügeln machen diese Lokalität zum idealen Erholungsraum. Nach allen oben genannten Ckarakteristiken ist das Wasser von den Thermen Šemničke toplice am günstingsten für ganzjährige Rekreation, im Sommer in offenen und im Winter in geschlossenen Schwimmbädern, mit der Mögli-chkeit der Entwicklung der Gesundheitskomponente auf dem Bereich der Sportmedizin. Zusätzliche Vorteile des touristischen Angebots sind benachbarte Bauernhöfe mit eigener Produktion von gesunder Kost. Gute Verkehrsverbundenheit spielt auch eine wichtige Rolle.

EINRICHTUNGSBEDINGUNGEN Die Lokalität Šemničke toplice ist ein Teil des Raumplans für die Einrichtung der Stadt Krapina in der Zone des Touristen-Erholungsgebiets. Der Detailplan für die Einrichntung des touristischen Gebiets Šemničke top-lice ist auf einer breiteren Fläche von der vorhandenen Lokalität vorgesehen; sie umfasst das Grundstück von ca. 4,0 ha, wovon 13.029 m² im Besitz von Stadt Krapina sind. Einrichtungsbedingungen können den Wünschen und Bedürfnissen der Investoren gemäss Gesrtzvorschriften angepasst werden.

Locality Šemničke Toplice Šemničke Toplice is located in the southern part of the region of the city of Krapina, in a settlement called Donja Šemnica, on the left side of the Šemnica stream, alongside the state road D35 towards Varaždin and is only 1 km away from the Highway Zagreb-Macelj next to the place called Sv. Križ Začretje. From the city centre of Krapina Šemničke Toplice is a distance of 7,5 km south-east, and from Zagreb 47 km to the north. Coming north on the highway it’s really well connected with Slovenia and Austria. The wellspring of Šemničke Toplice lies on the 46° 6’ 34’’ northern latitude and the 15° 54’ 39’’ eastern longitude at the sealevel of 163 m. The parish of Šemničke Toplice covers an area of 13.029 m² in the ownership of the city of Krapina.According to the surveyor’s office evidence, the land is found on the particles s.o.# 111/1, 111/2, 113, 114, 115/1, 3692 and 3572 Šemnica and the surveyor’s # 1401/3 of Švaljkovec. EXISTING CONDITION Šemničke Toplice was in use during the period of 1969 - 1979. (pools with a supporting facility). Today there is a pool that is not in function - it has an eliptic shape 18x30 m with a catchment of (5x9m). Alongside the watercourse Šemnica, some 60m from the catchment is a warmater drillhole. WELLSPRINGS On the locality there are two wellsprings:1. A natural catchment temperature of 31° C2. The well ŠT-3 temparature of 33,7 ° C which is 60 m distant from the natural well alongside watercourse Šemnica. The third well ŠT-4 with a temperature of 36 ° C is in private ownership, outside of the encompassing land of the existing locality, but within the possibility of turism, recreation and spa complexes. The testing of the thermal water has been done by the institute of the University in 1982 for medicine and rehabilitation. The natural bounty amounts to 1.728 m ³/ day i.e. 630.720 m ³ / year.

LOCALITY POSSIBILITY A pretty and natural environment enriched with a lot of picturesque hills which make the locality an ideal place for rest. According to the above mentioned characteristics, the water of Šemničke Toplice is very suitable for year-round recrea-tion, during the summer in the outdoor and in the winter in the indoor pools, with the possiblity to enhance the health components especially in the field of sports medicine. An additional advantage to tourism are the nearby homesteads with their home products of healthy food but also with a good network of roads.

CONDITIONS FOR ARRANGEMENT Šemničke Toplice lies within the planning region for the city of Krapina within the realm of turism and recreation. The coverage of the detailed plan for tourism of Šemničke Toplice is foreseen within a wider region from the existing locality, which encompasses a region ca. 4,0 acres of which is 13.029 m² in the ownership of the city of Krapina. The conditions for arrangement can be adjusted to the wishes and needs of the investor in accordance with the law legislature.

Lokalitet Hušnjakovo nalazi se u Krapini, predjelu Dolac, između glavne gradske ceste - Ulice hrvatskih branitelja i neposredno je povezan sa svjetski poznatim Muzejom krapinskih neadertalaca sa zapadne strane i Šetališta Ivana Vrencea uz vodotok rijeke Krapinščice s istočne strane. Sa sjeverne strane nalazi se Osnovna škola Augusta Cesarca, a sa južne javno gradsko parkiralište. Prostire se na zemljištu ukupne površine 8.350 m² u vlasništvu Grada Krapine. Prema katastar-skim evidencijama, nalazi se na sljedećim česticama: k.č.br. 1418, 1502/1, 1502/2, 1503, 1504, 1507, 1508, 1509, 1510/1, 1510/2, 1511 i 1512 k.o. Krapina-grad. Lokalitet je u blizini dvaju graničnih prijelaza sa Slovenijom: Lupinjak i Macelj te je u blizini Autoceste Zagreb – Macelj. MOGUĆNOSTI

S obzirom na blizinu svjetski poznatog Muzeja krapinskih neandertalaca koji je od otvorenja u veljači 2010. posjetilo 300.000 turista, poželjna bi bila investicija u hotelski kompleks s obzirom na male smještajne kapacitete u Krapini i okolici.

UVJETI ZA IZGRADNJU OBJEKTA UGOSTITELJSKO – TURISTIČKE NAMJENE

Lokalitet Hušnjakovo – Dolac nalazi se u obuhvatu General-nog urbanističkog plana Grada Krapine u zoni ugostiteljsko – turističke namjene (hotel). Prema navedenom planu moguća je gradnja građevine s prizemljem i 4 kata s potkrovljem uz 2 podrumske etaže.

Hušnjakovo locality is situated in Krapina, Dolac, between the main road –Ulica hrvatskih branitelja and is directly connected to the world-renowned Museum of the Krapina Neandertal on the west and Ivan Vrence promenade along the Krapinščica, on the east side. On the north side there is August Cesarec primary school, and on the south the public parking lot. It covers a total area of 8.350 m² owned by the city of Krapina. According to the the cadastral records, it is located in the following parcels: k.č.br.1418,1502/1, 1502/2, 1503, 1504, 1507, 1508, 1509, 1510/1, 1510/2, 1511 and 1512 k.o. the city of Krapina. The locality is in the vicinity of two border crossings with Slovenia: Lupinjak and Macelj, as well as of Motorway Zagreb- Macelj.

POSSIBILITIES

Given its proximity to the world-renowned Museum of The Krapina Neanderhal, which has been visited by 300.000 tourists since its opening in February 2010, it would be wise to invest in a hotel complex since the current accomodation in Krapina and its surroundings is quite low.

CONDITIONS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE CATERING-TOURIST FACILITY

Hušnjakovo locality-Dolac is in the scope of the general urban planning of the city of Krapina in the area of catering-tourism purposes (hotel). According to this plan it is possible to build a building with a ground floor and 4 floors with a loft along with 2 basement floors.

POSITION, VERKEHRSLAGE UND FLÄCHE

Die Lokalität Hušnjakovo befindet sich in Krapina, im Ortsteil Dolac, zwischen der Hauptstraße – Ulica hrvatskih branitelja, unmit-telbar verbunden mit dem weltberühmten Neandertalermuseum von Krapina auf der westlichen Seite und der Ivan Vrence – Promenade auf der östlichen Seite. Nördlich davon liegt die August Cesarec – Grund-schule, und südlich der öffentliche Stadtparkplatz. Sie liegt auf einem Grundstück mit der Gesamtflähe 8.350 m² im Besitztum der Stadt Krapina. Nach der Katasterevidenz ist sie auf folgenden Katasterein-heiten gelegen: Nr. 1418, 1502/1, 1502/2, 1503, 1504, 1507, 1508, 1509, 1510/1, 1510/2, 1511 und 1512 Katasterbezirk Krapina-Stadt. Die Lokalität liegt in der Nähe von zwei Grenzübergängen nach Slowenien: Lupinjak und Macelj, sowie der Autobahn Zagreb-Macelj.

MÖGLICHKEITEN

Im Hinblick auf die Nähe des weltberühmten Neandertaler-museums, seit seiner Eröffnung im Februar 2010 von 300.000 Personen besucht, wäre die Investierung in ein Hotelkomplex erwünscht. Krapina und seine Umgebung verfügen zur Zeitüber geringe Unterkunftsmögli-chkeiten.

VORAUSSETZUNGEN FÜR DEN BAU EINES OBJEKTES

Die Lokalität Hušnjakovo ist vom Allgemeinen urbanistischen Plan der Stadt Krapina in der Zone der gastgewerblich-touristischen Anwendung ( Hotel) umfassen. Nach dem genannten Plan ist es möglich, ein Objekt mit Erdgeschoss und 4 Etagen mit Dachboden und 2 Kellergeschössen zu bauen.
