Flokser Group was established in 1986 and now it is one of the leadingcompanies in the world and export of coated fabrics, man-made leatherand flocked fabrics. Polychem is the member of Flokser Group, has startedpolyurethane production in 2006 with the products of coatings (aliphatic,aromatic), rigid polyurethane and footwear polyurethane system houses.

The aim of the Polychem is giving solutions to Turkey’s and neigbourcountries with the capacity of 24 000 tones per year. Polychem is the firstand only solvent bases coating polyurethane producer in Turkey with %100national capital.

1986 yılında kurulan Flokser Group Suni Deri ve Suni Süet alanlarındaTürkiye’nin ve dünyanın önde gelen entegre tesislerindendir. Flokser Groupbünyesinde poliüretan hammadde üretimi amacıyla 2006 yılında faaliyetegeçen Polychem ilk aflamada; suni deri poliüretan reçine ürün grubu (alifatikve aromatik), rijit poliüretan sistem, terlik ve taban poliüretan sistem olmaküzere üç sektöre hitap etmektedir.

Polychem, %100 yerli sermaye ve 24000 ton/yıl kapasitesi ile Türkiye’ninve komflu ülkelerin ihtiyaç duydu¤u poliüretan hammadde üretiminigerçeklefltirmeyi amaç edinmifltir. Ayrıca Polychem Türkiye’de solvent bazl›poliüretan reçine üretimini gerçeklefltiren ilk ve tek firmadır.

Also, besides our standard products, more specific products areproduced according to customer demands. The main uses of polyurethanes are inthe construction industry, the automotive industry, refrigeration, footwear, furniture,as coatings, adhesives and sealants and in packaging. Polyurethane has widespreaduse in the building industry because of its unique range of physical propertiesincluding lightness and strength and efficent insulation properties. It will keep outin hot climates as well as keeping heat in for buildings in cold climates. Applicationsin this market include energy efficient panels, waterproofing and sealants. They arealso used as an insulating material on heating ducts and pipes, tanks and roofingand in the casing of refrigerators.

Polychem offers a wide range of rigid polyurethane foams according to B2 and B3norms for refrigerator, sandwich panel, cold room panels, spray, water blowndecoration, integral, flexible foam, packaging and pipe-in-pipe insulation applicationswith different densities.
