I was born in 1977 in Turin, the city where i studied and where i work.After graduating in architecture from the Polytechnic of Turin, i approached the world of product design.After working as a freelance designer for some creative agencies, i founded in 2005 my own f irm: StudioACD.I have some successful products on the market and different collaborations with companies and agencies. My clients are not only located only in Italy and Europe because the market is global.I am also invited to give courses and seminars on creative problem solving, and since 2009 i am a Professor at IAAD, the Design University of Turin.
I have a multidisciplinary approach because i believe in the cross-pollination, usefull to create a creative and innovative solution for companies and brands.I like to think that i don’t want imagine just a “new product”: i offer an integrated Design service from concept to industrialization, from design thinking to design strategy.Because i want design something with you for you.I understand clients needs and i take care about their marketplace and product positioning; that is the reason why my design service embraces all the client demands.
One of my strenghts is product development.For me is a crucial par t of my work with clients because it’s impor tant to reach results reducing time to market.I always assist companies during this phase helping to f ind the proper solution; simple and smart solutions means reduce risks and costs during the development.A good project, for me, has to be intuitive, innovative and easy to produce.

It is a lamp designed to be made of blown glass. My desire is to recreate the poetry of a soap bubble as we did as children.

UNvasemanufacturer: Dot
UNvase is a vase made up of two elements which, thanks to their prof ile, featuring a solid and hollow arrangement, create an optical effect which reveals the silhouette of a vase. Unvase aims to provoke ref lection on the possible exchange of roles of objects, on the value we attribute to them and to the possibility of thinking and looking at them from different viewpoints.

It is a plate for sushi with a minimal form, essential as it is across the giappnese design.The central upward, which houses the soy sauce takes the concept of Fujiama as seen from above the plate resumes the Japan f lag.

Falltimemanufacturer: Dot
Falltime is a carpet in felt which recalls the autumn season, period in which the trees lose their leaves. For the realization of this product, leaf-shaped forms are dropped on the carpet as if fallen from an actual tree. They are then hand-crafted one at a time in order to have carpets which are all different and unique.

Glacierconcept
This project represents a concrete candleholder that takes the shape of a mountain. while the candle is consumed, the wax melted runny recreating on the surface of the mountain is shaped like a glacier which unfor tunately no longer exists.

CipCip is a coloured glazed ceramic birdfeeder. It is ready to be hung up outdoors, to provide a warm winter shelter for small birds and a safe nest for large hatches. It can be used also as a f lower pot, for candies or as a toys container for children.
