As a control device to control the speed by converting mechanical energy into thermal energy using friction, the breaking system requires high technology since

it is directly related to automotive safety. Brake discs, the main parts of Pohang plant minimized flicker through application of new materials and methods

and also realized optimal intensity and lightweight components through automation of the process, optimal shape design and the use of

high-strength materials.

As a device to distribute and control the engine power, it requires high durability and technology. To the clutch that transmits and blocks the power from the engine between the engine and transmission, new methods were applied to guarantee the production of high-quality products to withstand high heat and friction.

있는 높은 내구성과 정밀성이 필요한 부품입니다. 엔진에서

발생되는 동력을 저장하고 외부로 전달하는 기능을 하는

Fly Wheel은 불규칙한 엔진 회전을 부드럽게 조율할 수 있도록

최적화로 설계하였으며, 터보 GDI 전용 부품 및 선박용 부품 등 엔진의

특성을 고려한 제품을 개발, 생산하고 있습니다.

높은 토크와 순간적인 충격이 잦은 선박용 Fly Wheel은 크랭크축에 생긴 힘의

증감을 완화하여 엔진 운동에 변동을 최소화할 뿐 아니라, 내부 마그넷에 의하여

추가 전력을 공급할 수 있으며 불규칙한 시동에 대응할 수 있도록 Ring Gear의 내구성

등을 최적화하여 생산하고 있습니다.

For vessel Fly Wheels with frequent outbreaks of high torque and instantaneous shock, durability of the Ring Gear was optimized so that the Fly Wheels can minimize changes in engine movement by alleviating the increase and

decrease of the power occurred to the crankshaft, and supply additional power by the internal magnet and cope with irregular start ups.

철도차량의 휠 베어링을 지지하는 Support Ring(Backing Ring)과 휠 외부 마감 Cap(End Cap)을 생산하고

있습니다. 철도차량의 특성상 요구되는 높은 하중과 충격에 견딜 수 있도록 설계된 내구성과 ADI 소재

개발을 통하여 최적화된 내구성 및 제품 수명 연장을 실현하고 있습니다.

높은 토크와 순간적인 충격이 잦은 선박용 Fly Wheel은 크랭크축에 생긴 힘의
