MARINE PARTS

선박용 플라이 휠(Flywheel)은 높은 토크와 순간적인 충격을 이겨내고, 크랭크 축에 생긴 힘의 증감을 완화하여 엔진 운동의 변동을 최소화해야 합니다. 현대성우캐스팅은 이러한 요건을 모두 충족시키는 최고의 선박용 부품들을 생산하고 있습니다. 또한 내부 마그넷으로 추가 전력을 공급 하고 불규칙한 시동에 대응할 수 있는 내구성 높은 링 기어(Ring gear) 부품을 공급하며 세계 선박 시장에서 신뢰할 수 있는 브랜드로 자리하고 있습니다.

Flywheel for ships should be capable of bearing sudden impacts and high torque and be able to minimize the changes of the engine movement by alleviating the increase and decrease in the force exerted onto the crankshaft. Hyundai Sungwoo Casting produces the best marine parts that fulfill all those conditions and more. In addition, we have earned a high level of credibility while supplying “Ring gears” with its high durability that is responsive to unstable operations and provides extra power with its built-in magnet.

TRAIN PARTS

엄격한 품질 규격을 요구하는 철도 차량에도 현대성우캐스팅 제품들이 적용되고 있습니다. 현대성우캐스팅은 철도 차량의 휠 베어링을 지지하는 서포트 링 (Support ring : Backing ring)과 휠 외부 마감 캡 (Cap : End cap)을 생산합니다. 현대성우캐스팅의 철도 차량용 부품은 어떠한 하중과 충격도 견딜 수 있는 높은 내구성을 자랑하며, ADI 등의 신소재 개발을 통하여 수명 또한 획기적으로 연장되었습니다.

Hyundai Sungwoo Casting also supplies the components for railcars demanding strict standards for quality. Hyundai Sungwoo Casting manufactures the support ring (Backing ring) that supports the wheel bearing and the exterior finishing cap of the wheel (End cap) of railway vehicles. Hyundai Sungwoo Casting’s auto components for railcars are well known for their high durability which enables them to bear any level of weight and impact, while developing new materials such as ADI, which contributes to extending the lifespan of products.

MELTING LINE

선철, 압축고철, 회수철등의 고철을 일정비율로 전기 유도 용해로에 투입 하여 고철 용해, 성분 확인 및 분석 후 합금 금속으로 성분을 조정합니다.

Scrap iron such as pig iron, compressed metal, and reusable iron is induced by electricity in a certain proportion in order to adjust the component and change it into metal alloy after checking and analyzing the composition.

MOLDING LINE

금형에 주물사를 투입하고 압력을 가하여 만들어진 상,하형을 합형하여 주형공간(Mold)을 만듭니다.

The molding line pours the casting materials into the mold and puts pressure on it to form upper and lower parts. Once the formation of theupper and lower parts is done, they are combined to make a cavity.

AUTO POURING LINE

합형하여 만들어진 주형 공간에 용탕을 자동주입하고 올바른 흑연 성장을 위해 자동 접종을 실시합니다.

The auto pouring Line automatically pours molten metal into the cavity created by the combination, and conducts inoculation treatment in order to stimulate the graphitization.

COOLING LINE

주입이 완료된 몰드 내 제품의 특성에 맞추어 냉각속도를 조정하는 공정입니다.

This process is to adjust the cooling rate of products after coagulating the molten metal in the cavity.

PROCESS LINE

조형라인을 통과한 형태가 갖춰진 각 부분의 제품을 가공하고, 연마하여 각 기능에 맞게 표면 가공작업을 거친 후에 완성부품으로 만드는 공정입니다.

This is to process and polish fully-shaped products after the molding line for suitability of each part in order to render the product complete.
