As it is an Investment Banking project we support all the application very carefully. We support various applications which are used by controllers for reporting their daily profit and loss. We support our client in Singapore, US, UK and APAC regions. The applications are critical as users use reporting systems to check profit and loss, before starting their business.

Responsibilities:

Proactively and independently working on resolving issues before they impact the client. Scheduled and monitoring the running jobs and checking the log files if any issues. Responsible for monitoring all the feed load status and if, any delays needs to inform feed

owner and as well as business user. Finding the root cause of the bug and fixing it. Monitor & resolve all the P1/P2/P3 tickets in our queue. Create the report of daily health checks for critical Application and server and take

appropriate escalation if required. Initiate crisis calls to resolve the issues, which impact multiple interfaces. Give the status reports of the tickets (Daily, Weekly and Monthly) to the manager as well as

to the Business team. The major part of my team included System Monitoring, and Responding to customer
