10.1.1 AIR POLLUTION CONTROL MEASURES

Wet drilling with Sharp drill bits will be used for drilling to reduce generation ofdust. Occasional blasting will be done with low charge Block mining will be done with wire saw which do not generate dust as water isflushed throughout the process. Green Belt/plantation will be developed on 0.25 ha area. Periodical water spraying on the haul roads will be done.

10.1.2 WATER MANAGEMENT

There will be no surface water body in and around the mining lease area. The rain water collected in mining pit will be diverted in natural water channelsduring rainy season. Domestic waste water generated from office toilet will be disposed in soak pitsvia septic tank.

10.1.3 NOISE POLLUTION CONTROL MEASURE

Proper maintenance of all machines will be carried out which have reduce noisegeneration during operations. Workers exposed to high noise levels will be provided with ear defenders.

10.1.4 LAND RECLAMATION

At the conceptual stage of mining, the excavated area about 2.0 ha which will beconverted in to water reservoir and area about 0.25 ha area used as greenbelt onperiphery of the lease.10.1.5 SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENTOverburden dumps and waste are dumps within the lease area10.1.6 GREEN BELT DEVELOPMENTGreen Belt/plantation will be developed equal to 33% of total lease area.
