HISTORICAL NOTESServindus Industriales, C.A. was founded May 21, 1996 in Falcon

State - Venezuela.Founding members Sebastiano Bramato, Alberto Bramato and Giuseppe Bramato, dedicated their vocation of service and initi-ative for the creation of a serious and reliable services company that offered to the customers the answers of construction re-

quired for the industry.


At the start of its activities, the company attended mainly building and metalworking needs, but the requirements of customers and the accumulation of experience, allowed enrich its range of ser-

vices. Currently the company is headquartered in the State of Su-cre (Güiria, municipality Valdez). Becoming a pioneer in support to

the operations of large corporations that exploit this sector.

MAIN ACTIVITIESConstruction and Assembly

These services cover different specialties as construction and As-sembly of structures and pipelines; civil, elec-trical and Instrumentation works; Insulation of

piping and equipment in industrial plants; Major and minor vessels marine repairs, provision of

maritime services and diving. Within the scope of their projects, Servindus Industriales, C.A., carries out activities of As-

sembly of pipes of different materials and di-ameters; Assembly of traditional equipment;

Assembly of structure metal and concrete; and we can provide a comprehensive service, covering any customer need.


MAIN ACTIVITIESMaintenance

Servindus Industriales, C.A. runs common mainte-nance work: cleaning the exterior of pipes (Sand-blasting); Clean the inside of pipes with water-jet

equipment; Sandblasting of metal structures; Cleaning of storage tanks; Preservation of piping (application of chemical fluxes and inhibitors).The success of them is proper planning and organiza-tion of human resources and equipment required,

which are assembled in such a way that is fully achieved the goals of the client, optimizing time

and with the required security.


MAIN ACTIVITIESPrefabrication

The prefabrication of piping, metal structures and concrete ele-ments provides great advantages in projects that response times must be controlled carefully. The strategic location of the work-shops near the major in-

dustrial complexes allows to reduce costs of transport, buffering, and time, which ensure optimal results in

each project.

In works of roads we have the necessary tools for the construc-tion of curbs, sidewalks and ditches; roads, retaining walls, and

everything to do with the civil construction.

NOTES: • Our staff for cleaning tanks and welders are certificated for working in confined spaces (certificate issued by the Fire School

of Venezuela).• Welders and machines are certified by the CIED and ABS

certification.
