    Conclusion: PFP genewas successfully constructed in pHannibalthroughthe XhoI-

    KpnI (sense) and BamHI-XbaI (antisense) restriction siteto produce PFP

    sense-antisenseconstruct sized 1452 bp. The success ofligationwas

    confirmed by PCR screeningthat showed theband around 1500 bp.
