Project Promoter submits the application on behalf of the whole consortium

(with authorisation)

All proposals go through a two-stage selection process:

1. formal (administrative) assessment, in order to review the proposals for

compliance with administrative and eligibility criteria; carried out by the PO.

2. scientific peer review; proposals that passed the formal assessment are

submitted by the Programme Operator to international expert evaluation.

Result of the scientific peer review is the final ranking lists of projects to be funded.

Each thematic area will have it’s own ranking list. Based on the ranking lists, the

funding is awarded, via a decision of the Director of the Programme Operator

Project Promoter submits the application on behalf of the whole consortium

All proposals go through a two-stage selection process:

1.formal (administrative) assessment, in order to review the proposals for

compliance with administrative and eligibility criteria. Carried out by the PO.

2.scientific peer review. Proposals that passed the formal assessment are

submitted by the Programme Operator to international expert evaluation.

Result of the scientific peer review is the final ranking lists of projects to be funded.

Each thematic area will have it’s own ranking list.

The costs of category E (subcontracting) are the costs of consultancy

or equivalent services used exclusively for implementation of this

of collusion in the transaction. The costs of category E are considered

up to 70% of the total eligible costs of the phase III;

Overheads can not constitute more than 25% of all direct eligible costs

of this phase, excluding category E costs, and additionally they can not

constitute more than 15% of the total eligible costs of this phase.

This means that in calculating the overhead costs of phase III, both of

the following conditions must be met:

O = (CS + W + A + T + Op) x 25% and O<= (CS+W+A+T+E+Op+O) x 15%,

partnership projects will be awarded additional points in the assessment procedure.,

The programme operator encourages SMEs to make use of the Norwegian Financial

Mechanism to set up and develop bilateral relations with their counterparts from

Norway., The partnership relation shall be established between the project promoter

and the project partner before submitting a project application to the programme

operator. The partner will perform part of the tasks assigned to him in the project on

the basis of a partnership agreement with the beneficiary., Project partner - legal

project. It shares with Project Promoter a common economic or social goal which is

to be realised through the implementation of that project., A draft of partnership

investigation of Norwegian partners and their eligibility, as well as the eligibility and
