Risk based control measures are implemented for all territory, based on FMD strategic control plan developed in stage 1

► More particularly on the North of Jordan with Syrian border.

► Veterinary Services organize regular meetings with private vet on the implementation of FMD control measures, early warning and extension programs.

► VS with the collaboration of FAO/OIE are planning to implement surveillance for major animal diseases then to apply vaccination campaign and to improve the capabilities of the national laboratories.
