Portion 3 Diepkloof Annex (a portion of Portion 2) of the Farm Klein Ezeljagt No. 116, situated in the Theewaterskloof Municipality, Division ofCaledon, Western Cape Province, measuring 144,1972 (One Hundred and Forty Four comma One Nine Seven Two) hectares in extent and held byDeed of Transfer No. T73055/2001.

The boundary of the nature reserve is reflected on Diagram No. 4942/1930 as set out in the Schedule, and I assign the name ‘‘Piet Maree NatureReserve’’ to it.

Inwoners van hierdie provinsie wat belangstel om besware aan te tekenteen of kommentaar te lewer op enige aansoek, mag dit skriftelik doen.In die geval van skriftelike besware teen ’n aansoek, moet die redeswaarop sodanige besware gebaseer is, verskaf word. PUBLIC NOTICE CALLING FOR INSPECTION ANDLODGING OF OBJECTIONS

Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 49(1)(a)(i) of the LocalGovernment: Municipal Property Rates Act, 2004 (Act No. 6 of 2004),hereinafter referred to as the ‘‘Act’’, that the valuation roll for thefinancial years 2014/2018 is open for public inspection at all Officesand Libraries in Hessequa Municipal Area from 17 Desember 2013 to31 January 2014. In addition the valuation roll is available at websitewww.hessequa.gov.za.

An invitation is hereby made in terms of section 49(1)(a)(ii) of the Actthat any owner of property or other person who so desires can lodge anobjection with the municipal manager in respect of any matter reflectedin, or omitted from, the valuation roll within the above-mention period.

Attention is specifically drawn to the fact that in terms of section 50(2)of the Act an objection must be in relation to a specific individualproperty and not against the valuation roll as a whole.
