The Q.R committee discussed the case for nalization of

qualifying requirement for the aforesaid work for estimated

 value of Rs. 2,3!,"#3 only. The details of sco$e of work, s$ecial

terms and conditions etc. are $laced in %r. side.

 &fter discussion on the su'(ect matter, the Q.R %ommittee

recommends the following qualifying requirements for a$$roval

of the %om$etent &uthority)*

#. The 'idder must have minimum one +# years e-$erience of%/ maintenance contract of gas 'ased $ower $lant of014T5%506/57%855%8&ny other $ower generatingcom$anies. The 'idder must enclose the co$y of relevante-$erience certicate issued 'y concerned $ower stationauthority with the technical o9er.

2. The 'idder must have e-$erience for routine$reventivemaintenance of com'ined cycle $ower $lant for at least three of 

the following areas written 'elow.

i :aintenance of :otorized actuators5neumatic actuators.ii %ali'ration and maintenance of all ty$es of7augesTransmitters0witches.iii %ali'ration and maintenance work of RT;s Thermocou$les.iv Routine maintenance work of 58% such as :ark*<, :&R= </e, ;%0 system

3. &verage annual nancial turnover during last three years
