E Jill Rintoul
RMSPTSAPresident
Dear Randall Families,
I hope you and your family had a wonderful summer and are ready for a great school year. My name is Jill Carey Rintoul and I am the Randall PTSA President for the 2014-15 school year. This is my sixth year at Randall and my fifth on the PTSA Board. I have a senior at Newsome, an 8th grader at Randall, and a second grader at Fishhawk Creek Elementary. I am honored to be the President of the PTSA for a second term and, with your support, continue to provide our students and staff with what they need to be successful. You can help us by becoming a PTSA member, volunteering (even at just one event), and participating in our fundraisers.
We ask that at least one member of each family join our PTSA, but encourage more! Parents, students, grandparents, and businesses can join. A membership form is enclosed. We will once again be having a donation drive as our main fundraiser. Remember that 100% of your donation goes to the PTSA and therefore back to the students and teachers. Our goal this year it to fund an electronic marquee for the front of the school. A donation form is enclosed. We will also be offering another traditional fundraiser, which will take place in October, if you would rather participate in that way. More information will be available at the Walk About.
It is very important that you provide us with your email address on the enclosed forms as this is our main form of communication. We will send out monthly newsletters, volunteer requests, general information and tax receipts via email. This is part of our Going Green Initiative that we started 3 years ago. If you have any questions or need to get in touch with us you can email [email protected].
Please take your time and read all of our information and fill out the necessary forms. New this year is our online store on our website, www.randallptsa.org, where you can do everything in this book-let online and pay by credit card! You are still welcome to pay by check and either drop off or mail to Randall the appropriate forms with your payment. If you pre-order by July 30th, you will be able to pick up t-shirts, magnets, and P.E. uniforms at the Walk About in the express line...so don’t miss out! I look forward to a wonderful school year and meeting many of you throughout the year.
Sincerely,
Jill Carey RintoulRandall PTSA President
