Issues and challenges ahead Some worrying indicators
Budget, Manpower Support from the host country Support from RCA
Is the present mission proper? Focused on viability and visibility – Is it enough and
proper? Budget and manpower?
Are they enough and stable? Is this an international body?
Lack of legal protection and autonomy in operation

Basic Direction for the future of RCARO
For the benefit of all Member States Entity to promote nuclear techniques in the re-
gion through cooperation Use of given recourses of the RCARO (budget,
manpower, experience) Interests from the high decision makers in Mem-
ber States are essential to solve the challenges ahead of RCARO.
We need to devise strategy to make all stake-holders (Agency, Member States, Host country of RCARO) winners.
Thank you.
