Despite being an English invention, there is no other city in the world that worships with such passion and understands what brunch truly is as New York. During the time I lived in the city I could see how it was practically a religion that

absolutely everyone, without exception, followed.

The word brunch comes from breakfast and lunch, and that´s what it really is, a late breakfast in front of a slightly early lunch on Saturdays and Sundays, where sweet and salty come together. Our brunch menu here is inspired by

the best brunches we have enjoyed in NYC.
