MENU Expedition Restaurant combines the freshest locally sourced produce with

authentic Vietnamese cooking techniques and European cuisine to produce

quality dishes. We use only the best ingredients from our own farm garden,

local markets and surrounding regions to create a style we call “Down to

Earth”.

Dining is an experience in cuisine and a good company as well, and we

encourage you to be a part of the experience. Thank you for being a part of

our family and joining us for an expedition of your taste buds.

We have created our following menu based around key herb and spice

ingredients home grown in our farm garden and with best flavors that are

rich in Viet Name and Asian cuisine.
