Impastiamo il pane e facciamo tutti i giorni la polenta di grano turco marra-no rosso, cuciniamo le carni alla brace nel camino “alla trentina”. Pasta e dolci sono fatti in casa. La terrazza con vis-ta sulla valle è ideale per banchetti e ricorrenze.

Jeden Tag kneten wir das Brot und machen die Maismehlpolenta, braten das Fleisch auf Holzkohlengrill, wie man in Trentino macht. Die Pasta und die Süße sind selbstgemacht. Die Ter-rasse mit dem Ausblick auf dem Tal ist ideal für Festessen und Gedenktage.

Every day we bake bread and make a special type of corn polenta, we cook grilled meat in a traditional Trentino fireplace. Pasta and cake are home-made. The terrace with a view on the valley is much appreciated for ban-quets and celebrations.
