FINAL JUDGMENT

THIS ACTION was heard before the Court on June 19, 2013, on an Order to Show

Cause. The Plaintiff filed a Replevin Statement of Claim to recover two vehicle hoods. The first

hood was for a Black 2007 Escalade SUV with chrome grill inserts. The second hood was for a

Black 2005 Corvette with a 427 emblem on the hood. Both of these hoods are in the possession

of the Defendant.

At the hearing, both Plaintiff and Defendant were present and self-represented. The

above-parties were before this court on May 10, 2013 on a related case involving a small claims

action filed by the Plaintiff, case no 2013SC001969. In that case, the Plaintiff asserted that he.

took certain motor bikes and the two hoods, which are part of this replevin action, to Defendant's

shop for custom painting. The Plaintiff claimed poor quality workmanship with respect to his

motor bikes and hoods and sued to recover those damages. This Court after hearing all the

evidence issued a Final Judgment for the Plaintiff.

In the above-replevin action, the Plaintiff has testified that he is the owner of both hoods.

The Defendant testified that he was holding the hoods for outstanding storage fees. In light of

the previous ruling, this Court is ordering the Defendant to return the property to the Plaintiff.

It is hereby,

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Plaintiff, America Big Bike, Inc, does have and

shall recover from the Defendant, Modem Kustom Automotive, Inc., possession of the hood for

Defendant.
