18 岁以上学生的住宿注意事项

1. Can I move out from homestay？我能从寄宿家庭搬出么？有哪些需要注意的？

决定从寄宿家庭搬出后，一般会有两种情况：

① 如果决定在租约期满后搬出 homestay，你就必须在搬出前两周内通知你的 homestay，就

是告诉房东你要在两周后搬走了。

注意：一定要在订好下一处房子之后才通知 homestay，否则一旦 homestay 得到你的通知后把你

的房间安排给了其他人，你的处境就会非常被动了！

② 如果你要在租期未满时搬出，我们原则上是不允许这种情况发生的！但是，有的学生和房

东进行了非常好的沟通之后，房东会允许学生在房租缴清的前提下提前搬出。此时，学生

要通知学校老师和安排住宿的老师，并由学校老师打电话给 homestay 家核实无误后，学生

方可搬出。

注意：这种情况仅属个例，若 homestay 家不同意你搬出，你必须住到租约期满方可搬出。此时

的具体流程与第一种情况相同。

2. How to apply for a room in Torrence Valley Student Residence？如何申请学生公寓？

① EIBT 和 Elicos 的学生应该：

到 Eynesbury 四楼的 Accommodation Office 领一张申请表、填好交回；

一旦 Accommodation Officer 接到学生公寓有空房的通知，就会以短信或电话的方式通

知你；

收到 Accommodation Officer 的通知，你就要立即通知 homestay 你要搬出；

搬家前后需要通知学校你更换了住址，不同课程的学生执行不同的流程，具体程序如

下。

3. What should I do after changing address？更换住址后需要做什么？

① EIBT 的学生应做到：

到 EIBT 前台领一张 Student Information Update 的表格，将新住址填好之后交回，这

样你在学校数据库的信息就会被及时更新了；

到 Eynesbury 四楼领一张移民局的地址变更表，填好交回，这样移民局也可以及时更新

你的个人信息了；

通知你的银行及任何你留过地址的机构，以便及时收到银行的账户明细、账单或其他重

要信息。

② Elicos 的学生应做到：

到 SAIBT 四楼前台领一张地址变更表，将新住址填好之后交回，这样你在学校数据库的

信息就会被及时更新了；

到 SAIBT 四楼领一张移民局的地址变更表，填好交回，这样移民局也可以及时更新你的

个人信息了；

通知你的银行及任何你留过地址的机构，以便及时收到银行的账户明细、账单或其他重

要信息。

Museum

The Aboriginal Cultures Gallery at the South

Australian Museum houses the world's

largest collection of Aboriginal

antiquities. Adelaide is also home to

Tandanya, the National Aboriginal Cultural

Institute. This makes the city the national

gateway to Aboriginal culture.

Art Gallery of SA

Our major art museum is the Art Gallery of

SA on North Terrace. The gallery has the

most comprehensive collection of Australian

colonial art (including the much-loved

Australian Impressionists), and fine

examples of Western Desert dot paintings,

Rodin sculptures, British art, Islamic Art, with

a collection of Southeast Asian trade

ceramics from Thailand, Cambodia and

Vietnam.

Botanic Garden

At the Adelaide Botanic Garden, learn about

traditional Aboriginal foods and culture on the

Tappa Mai tour. The trail demonstrates the

ingenuity of Aboriginal people who use native

plants for sustenance, shelter, ceremonial,

medicinal and other practical purposes.

Port Adelaide

And Port Adelaide is the old maritime heart of

South Australia and our first declared

heritage area. It features some of the finest

historic buildings in South Australia.

Glenelg

Glenelg beach is the most popular in South Australia.

Head down to the cosmopolitan Jetty Road at Glenelg,

enjoy the seaside village atmosphere at Brighton, or

take in the stunning views from Kingston House, located

at Kingston Park.

Cleland Wildlife Park

Wander freely among kangaroos, wallabies, emus and

waterbirds and see dingoes, Tasmanian devils,

wombats, koalas and reptiles. This park is internationally

famous for its Koala Close-ups, where you can meet

and hold these loved residents. There are good walking

trails through the park and organised night walks reveal

a world of nocturnal native animals.

Torrens River

In the city area, many rowers use the Torrens as their

training grounds. There are many major city landmarks

around the Torrens, such as the Adelaide Zoo and the

Festival Theatre. There is also a footpath and bike trail

along the River Torrens.

Victor Harbor

Located 83 km south of Adelaide, Victor Harbor is a

thriving modern holiday destination which was once the

main port of the South Australian coast and the access

point for all goods travelling up and down the Murray

River. Today the town is one of the most popular

destinations on the Fleurieu Peninsula.

Barossa Valley

The Barossa Valley is a relaxed and friendly place,

where you can share a drink with the people who

actually make the region's world class wines. You might

meet them at the Barossa's wineries and cellar doors.
