- Upper pressure plate is spherical seated and tiltable

COMPUTER CONTROLLED DIGITAL CONTROL SYSTEM

SCM3000 is a Computer controlled digital system able to conduct the test
either in stroke control or in load control or in strain control modes.Test can be force controlled maintaining the load rate constant in time. The
ECH/FR proposed version has also the possibility of position control by
using a linear (Baluff or equivalent) displacement sensor (250mm)
attached to the piston of the hydraulic actuator or an strain sensor (strain
gage, LVDT gage, etc.) connected to the electronic system through a signal
conditioning.The SCM3000 system included in this proposal includes the transducer
signal conditioners for load (force transducers), stroke (inductive sensor in
the cylinder) and external strain sensors (LVDT gages and strain gages), to
provide high accuracy, low drift and low noise transducer signal with
standard filters.
Computer included with at least these specifications:
MICROTEST will provide latest computer system at least
based on Intel processor, 4GB RAM, 250 GB HDD withtouch screen monitor and support (Windows 7 or latest)

The users can generate their own methods (test templates) or modify the existing

Data export to ASCII or Excel files and report generation are possible with the
Graphic Editor Module.

SERVO HYDRAULIC TEST SYSTEM ECH/3000
The controller has the possibility for limiting the load applied during specimen set-
up. The load threshold is user adjustable
The system acts in two ways in this case: by limiting the applied load by the use of
user adjustable alarms (typically maximum/minimum force) and by limiting the
maximum applied pressure by the Hydraulic Power Supply unit
In addition the system has a general limit for all the controlling channels, for the
maximum load for the load cell (full scale limit). The controller has at least two
limits per connected transducer. The hydraulic system consists of hydraulic power pack which gives a continuous
non pulsating flow of a minimum of oil pressure up to 240 bar
Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS): Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS )is recommended to
provide power to the servo controller and PC in safe system operation and shut-down.

The machine includes different elements for safety protection:Test area guard to protect the user: Protective window made in high resistancepolycarbonate to prevent from debris damage or unexpected impact. The cover isup and down displaceable to ease the work or placement of the samples.

Overload protection: force limits for each scale, depending on the force
